In a hotel, ordered so I wouldn’t have to leave out. Asked for a half and half, half buffalo chicken, half pepperoni lovers. Tell me why the cook put buffalo sauce as the base for a pepperoni lovers pizza, knowing that’s not how it’s made. God what Id give to deal with competent people who actually do there jobs properly. Oh wait, it was my fault for not specifying that I don’t want buffalo sauce as the base for my pepperoni pizza. Gimme a break.

Been a long time PJ fan. I was happy to have the chain back in town and it was good for a while until recently. Went to pick up my app order when I received a notification it was ready for pick up. Walked in and the woman told me they needed 5 minutes. I said that I received a notification it was ready. She replied from all the way back in the kitchen without even looking at me and I couldn’t understand what she said but it was not an apology. I waited for 10+ minutes. The dude at the counter looked unpleasant and disgruntled which made me super uncomfortable. He handed me the order without a word, I thanked him as a courtesy. As I turned away to walk out, he spoke out in a language I didnt understand and it didn’t sound friendly. Disgusting. The last time I checked, you need customers to run a business. The pizzas also had skimpy toppings. This is the worst chain I’ve ever been to. I won’t be going back here and do not recommend to anyone. Also, shame on PJ corporate that allows franchisees to operate this way.

Papa John’s is a solid choice for pizza. The food is usually fresh and tasty, and the delivery is pretty quick. The staff are polite and orders come out right most of the time. Overall a good spot when you’re in the mood for pizza.

Had worst experience with this location, ordered around 10 times and 4 of them had worst experience. They just gave away my online ordered pizza, so had to make fresh and wait for another 15-20 mins to get mine. Als they have very very bad food handling such as bare hands, use keyboard mouse with same hands they deal with dough, touch their nose and cover no head. Avoid this place at any cost and choose some other location. Also they dont normally run deals/discounts like any other locations, so, another reason to avoid.

My first experience at Papa John’s, and honestly nothing went well. I’m not one to leave a review, but I just needed to put this out there. I live 2 minutes away and as soon as I got home this is what my cheesy sticks looks like, cold, hard my wings had sauce drizzled on them they were cold and not actually boneless wings. I called for a refund or a replacement and had a long argument and refused to be refunded. I asked in exchange for a pizza they agreed after arguing. When I got to the store they tried to tell me that the food was cold with in 2 minutes even though “it just came out of the oven”. Very disappointed especially being my first experience. Hope it’s not the same for everyone else.

If you’re from the NJ NYC area and love pizza as much as we do, you’re gonna love Papa John’s. From hand tossed deep dish to stuffed crust, you can’t go wrong. So many toppings, half or whole pizza. Just how you like it. Beats any other chain anywhere in the country, aside from your local Pizzeria in the tri-state area. Love us some Papa Johns Papa track. 10 minutes or less when picking up!!

I placed an order for delivery though the Papa John’s app and unfortunately, when the food was delivered it was left outside unattended without any notification. By the time I found it, there were bugs on the food, rendering it completely inedible. This made the meal unappetizing and frankly unsafe to eat.
This is unacceptable, both from a hygiene standpoint and in terms of basic delivery standards. Food should never be left exposed in this manner, especially without informing me that it has arrived. Despite our functioning Ring doorbell camera, which shows no activity during the time of the supposed delivery attempt. Additionally, we were sitting in the living room just steps away from the front door and would have heard any sound or attempt to notify us.
I called the store to speak with a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one available. I spoke with an employee named J, who attempted to help and contacted the delivery driver. However, the driver falsely claimed they rang the bell and received no answer, which is completely untrue and easily disproved by our doorbell footage and a refund cannot be awarded.
This entire situation has been disappointing from the lack of basic delivery courtesy to the dishonesty and absence of managerial support. I would never EVER order from this place of business in my life!!
