We decided to try Papa John’s again since it has been over 5 years or more since we had them. We placed our order online and received a text that food was ready. I went in to get my order and was told it’s not ready yet, even though the text said it was ready. The cashier said, it’s always a delay?? I ordered pizza, wings and chicken parmesan bites..The pizza is just not the same anymore and doesn’t have any taste,,,, kinda tastes like Chucky Cheese pizza! The buffalo wings we ordered had the sauce drizzled over them, not tossed in a bowl so that they are evenly coated..The food was just ok..It will probably be another 5 years or more before we try them again. The staff was very friendly though!

I was literally ASSAULTED by Autumn the store manager. I ordered a pizza from the Deptford, NJ location this evening around 8pm and when the pizza arrived it was horrible so we contacted the store. Spoke to the manager Autumn. I advised that I wasn’t pleased with the pizza and she hung up the phone. My assumption was the call was disconnected so I called back and she hung up again. I proceeded to reach her several times by phone and she kept hanging up the phone and continued to use foul language after the fifth she said come get her “F… money and advised that she didn’t have time for this so we proceeded to store. I asked if she was Autumn and she said yes. I then explained that I was the person that was called five times. She said well you were rude which is bold face lie. She continued to use foul language and then she threw the money at me including change. She also hit me in my face with the pizza box and knocked off my glasses. I am hopping that the store has the recorded calls and the video because she made it seem as if I was rude and the recorded messages will confirm my tone. My husband has a portion of the video on his phone. I was ASSAULTED by Autumn the store manager. There was one customer in the store and another had arrived after the assault but appeared to have witnessed it from his car. I am 54 years old and I never in my entire life experienced anything like this before. As I stated I have video to show how IRATE, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL this person was.

I’m not sure what happened to this place. It was such good one a while ago, and suddenly last two times I’ve ordered, both times they have managed to screwed the pie to the point of no return. If I had lived closer I would’ve go back and demand and new one. Last two times I’ve ordered the stuff crust, which it’s an ok pizza, the sauce it’s nothing but ordinary. I can get a better tasting sauce at Wal-Mart. Sorry, but somehow the quality of their pizza has gone down the hill. Anyway, both times ordering the stuffed crust, the stretched the dough so much it was crazy thin to the point of not being able to hold the slice without everything falling off of it. I basically ate it the first time with a fork, cause it a mess. Next time I ordered was the same thing. But this time was even worse. Lover called and asked for the manager and told him off. I mean, if this is the norm, then fine, I won’t order it again, but apparently is not, so how come this happened twice?? Between the extremely thin crust and the bland taste of it, I’m not sure I will order from this place in particular ever again.

I always order from this location. Solid pizza but usually makes my stomach hurt. I paid for the works pizza and the worker shorted me at least 4 toppings, so what’s the point. Called the manager and he let me talk to the person who made my pizza. That didn’t resolve anything. Call me petty but I will never order from here again.

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza and cheesesticks at around 10 o clock and its almost 12 and still have received my delivery. I understand you are low staffed but there has to be another way to get people their moneys worth. Definitely wont be ordering from here ever again after today.
