Ordered 2 medium pizzas for take-out. Folks inside the shop were unfriendly. Upon opening the boxes at home, both pizzas were super thin and undercooked – so floppy that the toppings slid off on to my brand new Philly’s shirt – dang! My fam were hangry savages, so we ate them, but we won’t order from this PJs again. We have ordered from this location a few times before without issue, but we don’t typically dig soggy pizza, so this will be our last order – bummer. Change of ownership?!

This used to be an awesome Papa John’s. The guys who used to work here, were the best. They refused to work till 3am, they all quit, an the store is now franchised to, not so friendly ppl. The food is horrible now, the ppl are not friendly, and they closed the bathroom to not only the public, but to delivery drivers as well.

My order was delivered with the pizza unedible, it was so undercooked the cheese didn’t melt and it was still dough. When I called the guy informed me “pizza on way” he couldn’t speak English well nor understand what I said it seemed. Got it refunded having ordered online, contacted corporate. 100% change of ownership to blame.

Horrible decision. Placed our order and was told 15 min. We got there 15 min later and as told it would be another 10-15 min. It ended up being more like 20-25 min. Did not seem busy other than another patron waiting as well. He told me he was also waiting for a long time.
What bothered me more than my wait was he got his order before me and when he went to pay with cash the woman at the counter said I don’t have change. He was much more polite than me because he said it’s OK and walked out. As he passed me he said good luck. I don’t care if change was 35 cents or $15 you BETTER have the change in a place of business!!! I will never be back to this PJ again. I’ll take the 5 min ride up the road to Dominoes and give them a shot. So disappointed

Whoever made my pizza lastnight needs to be fired. You know damn well pizza do not look like that. There was more crust than pizza and the pizza was so thin it made a hole in the in the middle of the pie where you could see cardboard. The one side was so thin it melted and imbedded in the box so it couldn’t be eatin. I wish I had taken a picture, it was horrible.

If I could give this place less then one star I would! This was one of the worst experience I’ve had yet with a pizza place. I’ve ordered from here a lot in the past but never had a problem till today. I wanted stuffed crust not stuffed hair and bugs!!! Yes! I found ants in my pizza box. Not just one just 3 running around. The manager was absolutely no help and definitely didn’t make me feel any better. All I got was a refund and a half a$$ apology! My kid almost ate this pizza!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered 4 items at 7:12 pm, the driver brought me the wrong order so he left saying he would be right back. We’ll it’s 10:18pm and still no pizza, i could have made 10 pizzas in this time. Very poor service, and when I called to check they weren’t very nice.

Terrible since change of ownership. You call ahead for a pizza but they don’t start it until you arrive, plus the pizza is terrible.
