Horrible service food is never consistent. I used to go to the williamstown location of b.h.p BUT since the fire all their orders come to this place which I found out usually only has 1 person working. It’s ridiculous I usually order every monday but since having to go through this place my order takes a MINIMUM of an hr to get to me n it’s usually wrong I dont usually complain but this is just being lazy! I’ve worked in the food service industry n this place ain’t it. I get 3 sometimes 4 pizzas the pizza I order for me n my elderly mom is SUPPOSED to have light sauce as she cant handle the regular amount n I dont like alot of sauce so I get the light so it’s not oozing into my mouth with every bite well today I got my pizza n me n my moms pizza has more sauce than the other 2 I ordered with regular sauce and the extra peppers I paid for yea I didnt get nor did I get ANY PEPPERS with my pizza so now I’m stuck with a pizza with 2 pieces missing becuz they dont want to remake itlazy! ! N I will b contacting corporate as this is ridiculous I paid almost 50$ n got food that I cant even eat .. the one that is pepperoni is supposed to have light sauce it obviously doesnt

Ordered 3 pizzas and a soda. Sent the wrong soda, which I would let slide, not the end of the world, but one of my pizzas was made without cheese.

“Horrible” doesn’t explain it nearly enough. I placed an order on the app close to 7:30 p.m. I checked on my order status at 8:30 p.m. and it said “preparing”. I checked again at 9 p.m. and surprise surprise it was still “preparing”. I contacted the store, was on hold for 10 minutes, and no manager answered. I am convinced there is no manager at this store. It is now 9:45 p.m. and still no food, no refund, no update. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with incompetence and order from elsewhere.
Update: order arrived at 10:15 pm… it was cold and they got the order wrong… needless to say, I am not going to be ordering from here again and will be reporting this

Online order #1183992266 and went to the store once notified that order was ready. Upon arrival order was not ready and had to wait about 5/6 minutes. No problem. Once receiving the order I noticed that the honey chipotle wings had very minimal sauce so I requested a proper amount of sauce to which the young man working was happy to accommodate. Next, I open the boneless wings and notice just a simple drizzle of red sauce that was supposed to be lemon pepper and it did not look appetizing whatsoever. I politely asked if I could have them switched to Garlic Parmesan instead to which the female cashier adamantly refused. At this point I requested a refund for the boneless wings to which the cashier said we cannot refund one item. At the same time, I decided to check the pizza as well, which was a large Shaq-a-Roni pepperoni pizza supposed to be covered with pepperoni as well as chicken that I added for an extra charge. The amount of pepperoni was minimal, no more than a regular pizza and there was only literally two pieces of chicken on the pizza. The cashier then got on the phone with her manager, and I informed her that I would like a full refund for the order. At first, she refused and then eventually gave in once I stated that we are going to have to contact local police and that this was not Papa John’s customer service. Eventually, she issued me a receipt for my refund. This is completely unacceptable both product quality, and customer service. I will not return back to Papa John’s for this reason.

I ordered food through the website. I never received anything. I called and the guy answered and told me they delivered it to the gate. There is no gates where we live. I drove to the store and he tells me there’s nothing I can do my driver said he delivered it! I have three kids in the house hungry waiting for food we never received! I called the police, this is insane!

Ordered pizza march 4th for dinner saved 2 pieces for lunch the next day while eatting my first slice of pizza I felt something hard spit it out and it was a piece of wire I called the location to let them know I got told I would be contacted back never heard anything else the manager didn’t even take my information I sent him these Same photos I posted very bad customer service and disgusting that I find a wire in my pizza I will never order from here again !

I will never order from Papa John’s of Pine Hill ever again or any Papa John’s for that matter , I am not a fan to begin with and tonight I wanted to just give it a try , and I was totally dissatisfied as I ordered the Papa John’s Papadia pizza to find a hair was baked into it , I am disgusted that in this day your cooks don’t have the proper equipment to keep their hair out of my food that I paid for . My entire order went in the trash and I will never order from Papa John’s again. I am disgusted and entirely disappointed if I could I leave 0 stars for unsanitary and obviously not doing their job

The pizza is good, but more often then not my family gets shorted the cheese dipping cups we pay extra for and the seasoning packets. A few weeks ago was a rare instance we got both. However, tonight we didn’t receive the dipping cups even though the label clearly says they were ordered and paid for. I would like to see this restaurant be more detail oriented and double check orders before they go out for delivery so we get what we’ve ordered and paid for. I know the dipping cups aren’t expensive, but if you add up over time what we ordered and not received, it’s close to the cost of a pizza.
