So the pizza was good but I ordered an XL New York Style Pizza but what I got was a L Regular Pizza. Which isn’t what I paid for. When I called the pizza shop to ask to be charged for a Large Pizza which is what I got, the manager that I spoke to asked what do you want me to do? That’s terrible management. That’s the last thing you should say to a customer. If a customer has a bad experience you should do what ever it takes to make that experience better. Not ask what do you want me to do? A total embarrassment.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s and somehow received what can only be described as an onion avalanche with a little bit of pizza hiding underneath — we didn’t ask for onions, they weren’t listed, and yet there were so many that every bite tasted like straight-up raw onion with a side of disappointment. It honestly looked like someone in the kitchen got carried away and dumped a lifetime supply on there without a second thought, because there’s no way that amount looked normal before it went in the box. We paid for a regular pizza, not a vegetable prank, and the whole thing was basically inedible. Super frustrating and a huge letdown.

Tried for first time after seeing all the tv commercials… last time as well. Frozen pizza from the supermarket is better! Worst pizza ever wish i would have saved receipt i would have wrote corp office and asked for money back…DON’T waste your money… too many good local pizza places to go!

Papa John’s always used to be my favorite as a kid growing up and after not having it for over 8 years I went to get it. Me and my boyfriend found THREE! yes. THREEE! HAIRS in the pie as we were eating it. It took everything in me to not throw up. WEAR HAIRS COVERS! Never ordering or eating Papa john’s again.

All food was cooked properly and packed good. Different items were clearly labeled which made it easy to hand out to each person instead of opening each package. Food temp was good and tasted perfect.

I’ve been going to the papa johns for over 10years! Just up until recently the service and food has sucked! They forgot my sauce I called immediately. The driver could’ve turned around but instead I had to wait 2 hrs because he had other deliveries. There was a verbal disagreement on the phone, papa John compensated and brought the sauce and a small pizza. I thought we were back to being cool. The next time I ordered everything is here, my son says the sauce taste weird. The sauce was expired!!!!! Had such a terrible smell to it! I did not call I said nothing. I assumed papa johns and my address went back to silently beefing. Following after that! Today!!!! I ordered a xl saus,pep,onion on one half. They put it on the whole pizza. My kids prefer plain. Cool. Papa johns bring a medium pizza. Now we all sit down to eat and I noticed there is NO SAUSAGES ON the pizza at all. However there are dents all over the pizza where sausage could’ve been! I called not rude at all to question if they forgot the sausage or if someone ate it. I repeated I am not trying to get another pizza nor am I calling to start trouble. I need to know for my own mental well being. The owner told me it’s pointless my family is liars all of this stuff like girl. I’m mad as hell that’s why I wrote a review. Y’all nasty! Period!
