I placed an order for delivery here 2 weeks ago and my order was left on the ground w/o any notification. The only way I knew the pizza was outside was because of my neighbor. I called the store and was told my next order would be free. I tried to order today and was told they don’t see my name down for a comp pizza. I was then asked was my order under a different name etc…. as if I would call & make this up for a free pizza. Times are hard but never that hard. It’s giving they just told me anything thinking I wouldn’t take them up on their offer. 0/10 Very ghetto, unprofessional & unorganized!

I placed an order with Papa John’s at 1:06 AM, with an initial delivery estimate of 1:36 to 1:42 AM. After DoorDash took over, the estimate changed to 1:26 to 1:32 AM. However, over the next 45 minutes, the delivery time kept increasing until it went well past the restaurant’s closing time of 2:00 AM.
I called the store around 1:50 AM to check on my order, but the phone just rang and no one answered. This lack of communication left me uncertain about the status of my order. If I had known about the delays, I could have picked it up myself.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. There’s a pattern of poor communication and unreliable service. If the local store doesn’t resolve these issues, I will need to escalate the matter further, as this level of service is unacceptable.
I hope Papa John’s takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements ASAP

The app said my pizza was delivered they never delivered it I had to drive to the store and get it remade they didn’t even give me all the sauces that I ordered. I understand people don’t like their jobs but this is just trash service

Yes so I don’t know what’s the problem with this place they just can’t seem to get it together. I order from them again after you know waiting at a few months and all I ordered was a pizza with pepperoni and onions and then the other one had sausage and onions well I received a pepperoni pizza that had 7 pepperoni and a whole lot of onions and the other one had four cups of sausage and a sprinkle of onions. So I’m not ever ever ever ever going to them again. But I will say that the store was spotless clean.

My Fiance and I order from this please it is the worst place the pizza was cold half way done we had to heat it back in the oven. The condiments on the pizza was not cook all the way.I would not recommend this place for no one.Poor service Next Domino’s we tried calling no answer we are upset we spent over 95 dollars on this even the kids are not happy. Having worked in retail at one time I understand how customers can act. Even though I enjoy my amazing pizza on the shore this is a good alternative. it’s conveniently located not too far from me and is always hot when I pick it up. The person who I assume is the owner is always very professional. Don’t believe all the reviews.

USED to be a great local place for great pizza. That was years ago. Since changing management, service has plummeted. Twice now I’ve ordered pizza relatively late (30 mins to closing) and the order took an hour and a half to be delivered and was cold when it arrived. The staff aren’t necessarily rude but definitely have a “whatever” attitude. On top of that the customer is charged extra fees built into the cost of the order AND expected to tip?! “Whatever” is right. That’s EXACTLY the kind of tip you get now from me and you’re lucky to get anything. The drive was nice enough (Same guy both times) but he gave the same lie/excuse “oh we’re so busy tonight” … yea right. This time, no tip and I left a note “Late, cold and very dry pizza”.
