If I could rate this location a 0 I would. I ordered pizza and it came with human hair baked into the crust! Absolutely disgusting . I reached out to the papa John’s to get a refund and no response. I went to the location and I was appalled to see the worker with hairy arms and no gloves making pizza. The employees also had long hair with no hair net and to top it all off employee was wearing flip flops with bare toes/feet exposed in kitchen. Definitely a health concern at this location in Marlboro NJ. Customer service was non existent and I will never get anything from this company again. Would recommend to stay away from ordering food from this location.

Sad excuse for a papa John’s. This pie is supposed to be bacon and mushroom. Look how much they skimp on the ingredients. When I asked why it’s so little, they said I would find it when I ate it. I’ve had two slices and exactly 2 tiny pieces of mushroom. Quoted 10 minutes and took 20. No place to sit and wait, let alone eat inside.

I ordered 5 pizzas and a side of garlic wings on 1/30/26 at 7:33pm. My order didn’t arrive until 10:15pm. While waiting already 1 hr the store called and told me it would be a longer wait time. I asked how much longer the woman told me 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed and the delivery still didn’t arrive. I tried calling to cancel and nobody answered the calls. The delivery driver called at 9:45pm stating he couldn’t find my address so I waited outside since he said he was close by but I still didn’t see him. We kept calling back and fourth and then shared my location via text. I then called him since he had my exact location and he just decided to deliver the other orders instead of delivering mines. The food was luke warm which required me to warm it up in the oven which defeated the purpose of ordering out for the night. I am highly upset and wasted $53. The store didn’t answer because Papa John’s rule is if a customer is unsatisfied within 30 minutes of delivery the store must replace it. I want a refund not a replacement and I won’t ever order from this location again.

Absolutely appalling that staff members don’t wear shoes in the establishment…a severe health code violation and downright disgusting . I could not believe my eyes when seeing this occur!

I ordered the Shaq-A-Roni online for pickup. I drove to the store and the workers were sitting in the back looking at their phones. A mild “hello” from me didn’t make them budge so I had to yell a bit for them to hear me. Found out they didn’t have the Shaq-A-Roni available so my order was stuck in limbo. It would of been nice if they called my number to let me know of the situation but they didn’t do that. Their only solution was to contact customer service. They didn’t offer to fix it in-store or find a different solution (replace with another pizza). This place was not welcoming for a “Grand Opening” .. wasted my time and gas. Came out with no pizzas.
