If you’re hungry don’t order for delivery. Waited almost 1 hour and 40min for two medium pizzas and I’m less than 10min away. When I called to ask about my order an hour later I was told my order would go out next. I waited an additional 20min when the tracker showed my order was being delivered before calling again just to be told they were very busy and the driver was 10 min. I wasn’t offered any accommodations for the long wait. The food arrived cold and didn’t look fresh. Would never order again.

Least impressive P.J.’s in NJ that I’ve ordered from. #1 – they delayed a simple order. (In which case the delivery guy exasperated the problem by going somewhere else for an extended period of time before dropping off our order. #2 – partly to blame, the food arrived cold but not only that – it looked OLD AND UNIMPRESSIVE. ALL other PJ’S in the area make far better pizzas.

I ordered at 8:41 pm 1 pizza and i was told that it would take 30 minutes, no problem, an hour later i was called and they told me they are 2 minutes out, after two minutes i waited another 30 minutes and no one answered my call, not the driver or the store, they answered one time and said they were dominos and then hung up trying to joke around with me, then when i called to make another order and asked to speak to the manager, they told me the manager canceled my order and didn’t have the decency to even let me know, i will never trust this papa john’s after what they put me through many repeated times. Worst experience ever.

The big chubby male staff making the pizza on 9/4 is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. Learn how to address your customers, maybe by saying, “could you please”. I am not your employee. Do not act like a boss. He had the nerve to confront me, when I was patiently waiting over 15 minutes for the food.

This location is way too hot for the workers. I went in today with my husband and it was hotter inside than it was outside. The guys work so hard and shouldn’t have to deal with those conditions. I am not sure if the AC is broken or what but it needs to be fixed. It is not suitable for anyone to work.

The staff if very unprofessional and rude…. Instead of my pizza staying warm by oven, they gave it to me cold, without the rest of my order. It took forever. I asked for the specials, which were not all given to me. When I asked to change my order and give the differance the management gave me a problem.

After tracking my order and it saying it was ready for pick up, i waited another 15-20 minutes before heading over. the food was not ready and there was no apology or urgency from the kids. one of them who was prepping the food was actually eating. this should not be allowed considering they are handling other people’s food. a mask should be worn by everyone there. its unfortunate because this was the first bad experience and it was pretty bad all around. ive been sitting here for 15 minutes and still waiting… which is why i had time to write this review.
