Made an order from this chain on Jan 24, and there were a used bandaid underneath the pizza. It was absolutely disgusting and we will never order from them again. Please stay away from this business as they definitely have sanitation issues.

I have ordered here twice – first time was 1 large Garden fresh garlic stuffed crust tomato base pizza. It was okay and the dough wasn’t cooked properly and the taste was somewhat bland. I gave this place another shot and ordered the Spinach and tomato (replaced spinach with mushrooms) garlic Parmesan crust Alfredo base pizza yesterday. The order came a bit late but the taste was really good! I would try the meat options next time.

I am a Papa John’s customer for years. I’ve just moved to The Hights last week, and ordered Papa John’s on the first day, and my experience with this store was awesome. The delivery guy is so friendly and kind. I will definetely keep Papa John’s as my favorite pizza.

I usually dont like to say much or make reviews but after ordering Papa John’s. I honestly feel they need major improvements.
I just have to say I am extremely disappointed !! My brother was excited to try Papa John’s first time. Waiting almost an hour if not more. I had cold pizza delivered after calling 2 times to remind workers I lived few blocks away from Papa John’s being told driver has 5 orders to do. Why not drop the closest one first. Why have cold pizza I was charged paying delivery fee !?! I am customer who deserves warm fresh pizza , I paid over $20 bucks and if didn’t call don’t know when it would be delivered total bad communication. It took me multiple calls to place simple order.
2nd I ordered large crust stuffed with 2 toppings, it barely had any toppings on it skimmed totally to save money on customer , and pizza was very thin did not taste fresh something like frozen pizza reheated where is fresh. Had heat it my self. Felt stomach pain after. Never wasting money on this and getting papa Johns delivery.
I hope they can improve , pizza and their service delivery. I’m sure some customers had it better, but my experience was bad. Commercials look so much better than I got in reality.

This papa John’s deserves zero stars, this store is the worst fast food chain restaurant I have ever been too. Their store manager is absolutely rude and incredibly smug. I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Upon receiving the pizza, the cheese had slid a quarter way off the crust. No big deal, just call the store and ask for a replacement. After calling and speaking with the manager, he would not be willing to send a replacement pizza. This was infuriating, after getting home and ready to eat, the pizza was ruined, on top of that, the manager was not willing to resolve the situation. However I was not going to let this go. I told the manager I would be coming to the store to show him the pizza and expect a new one. After getting to the store and showing him the poorly made pizza, he was unapologetic and made it seem as if he was doing me a favor. As a manager he should be doing whatever he can to rectify the situation. After ordering a delivery, getting a bad pizza, driving to the store to get a replacement, I decided to write this review due to the attitude of the manager. The manager made the entire situation antagonizing, and frustrating, and should not be how a manager professionally behaves. I will definitely be calling customer service of papa John’s to place a complaint of the situation.
