The girl that was at the front counter on my visit yesterday, Sunday, July 9th 2023 was rude shs was taking an order over the phone, there was a customer in front of me, so once the girl was done on the phone she just went and got the other customers order, but she never said i’ll be right with you or anything!To me that’s bad customer service and very rude! That particular employee needs to have better customer service etiquette!!

Every time I go to pick up the attendants don’t come to the counter, it looks like a ghost has entered. In particular, the short, white, curly and blonde attendant is always rude and left me waiting for almost 20 minutes for an order that had already been ready for 5 minutes, all I say every time she answers me is very rude, I believe she hates working at Papa John’s. Another attendant who ended my service. I’m an immigrant, the next time I’m mistreated by this attendant I’m going to call the police, is this because I’m an immigrant?

I usually don’t have a bad review for this place but my order was incorrect. I ordered a NY style and received a regular large pizza and was charged $14 which was the price for the New York style. Instead of the manager rectifying the situation, he made it seem as if I didn’t know what their version of NY style pizza was. I have had it before and have been ordering from them long before he became manager. I could’ve have easily sent a screenshot. He dismissed what I explained to him and then he proceeded to ask me what color was the box was. The pizza was significantly smaller than the “so called” 16’ inch NY style pizza. I’m never ordering from them again. A costly lesson learned and a long time customer lost.

Amazing, picked up ‘my supposed’ pizza , only to get to the house and open it, did I realize it wasn’t what I had ordered. Oh, did I get angry as hell! when you have waited for 25 minutes to pick up, only to be handed a wrong order. But then mistakes happen and man is to error. I called the manager and explained my situation, he listened and apologized and promised my pizza will be delivered, my pizza was delivered in no time with no delivery costs, I enjoyed my pizza, was satisfied and remained loyal customer as before, of course I’ll keep getting my pizzas from Papa John’s
