I’m leaving this review based on my experience with customer service. The way the phone was answered and the tone used were very unprofessional, as if I was bothering the staff just by calling. When I called back to ask about making a change, instead of calmly explaining that changes could not be made, the representative spoke with clear irritation and aggression, then hung up the phone.
Customer service should be respectful and professional, even when the answer is no. After being treated this way, it honestly makes me uncomfortable and raises concerns about trusting this establishment with my food.

Poor food quality and unprofessional delivery. The pizza sauce tasted completely different and not savory. The driver was also aggressive, banging on the building and my apartment building door instead of ringing my doorbell first. Very uncomfortable experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with my recent experience ordering from your restaurant through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the order I received was incomplete — I was missing a pizza and two 2-liter bottles of soda that I had paid for.
After noticing the issue, I made the effort to return to the restaurant in person to resolve the problem. I spoke with a manager on site and provided him with the order number from Uber Eats. To my surprise, he claimed that my order was not showing in their system. I then showed him proof that the order was indeed placed through Uber Eats and clearly indicated your restaurant as the source. Despite this, he continued to insist that he couldn’t find my order and offered no resolution.
This entire situation has been extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I ordered, and if there is a problem, I expect it to be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, I was left with no food, no refund, and no accountability from the staff I spoke with.
I would greatly appreciate it if the store manager could personally reach out to me to discuss this matter further. I am hopeful that your team values customer satisfaction and will take the time to address this issue properly.

I’m not understanding this is the second time I ordered online and my order is placed for the same day.The person I spoke with today because I saw they called my phone and it was charging. Told my phone was ringing and I didn’t answer,now that’s crazy cause it was completely dead and on the charger in another area. So I asked why didn’t you ring the bell,no response. So I asked why when you purchase online it automatically put in for today and I wanted it for tomorrow. He said I would have to pay again remind you the order was for 11:00 am and it’s 12:55 pm. The pizza is cold meaning the temperature is not to be given to anyone. I’M NEVER Ordering AGAIN FROM PAPA Johns again.

This place, not only has terrible service but also terrible pizza. I ordered this meal through Uber Uber eats and what I got was overcooked, not enough sauce and very disrespectful night worker who blatantly call me disrespect my names after I question him about the quality of the pizza. I think management should consider looking at their employees, especially the overnight crew that does Thursday night because you’re losing business. I got a refund because they looked at the photo and agreed it was disgusting. If you want to prevent more free (but low quality food) I suggest having better over sight on the food production

I need to stop ordering from here, I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but missing a pizza for a buy one get free pizza order is crazy. I ended up paying for a single pizza and was still charged full price. I live papa John, I hate this place in Irvington. Don’t order from here especially on Uber eats or door dash, I promise you they will mess up and not care.
