Gave it multiple tries since I had a gift card. I’ve had better papa John’s and this one is not it.
Last experience, I paid for extra dipping sauce and didn’t receive the one I paid for.
Current experience, the app had the limited time salted caramel brownie, but the store did not. They attempted to call, but didn’t leave a message. That’s fine, I called back and they said they would give the double chocolate brownie instead. What really annoyed me is the additional cost for toppings and there’s barely any. Other Papa John’s give 2 complimentary peppers per a pie, this place always only give 1. I chose the option for well-done, but it’s not fully cooked in the center. Lastly, I ordered chipotle honey wings and it honestly looked like their unsauced wings (photo attached). The few wings that had sauce, only had sauce brushed on one side.
Can honestly say, after I’m done with my gift card I would not purchase from this location.

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and at first the smell of my pizza was off I didnt think much of it until I got home my wife and I had bitten into one slice and instantly spit everything out. The dough was not the same dough we were accustomed to almost seemed to be expired or bad so I called them up to let them know and they told me that I would have to drive 15 minutes from where I live to return the pizza just to get my refund. I will never be ordering from here again.

In order through uber eats , I was told in the promotion but one get other free . When I received the delivery it was only two boxes . I strongly feel they scam me with this promotion ? We ordered pizza where we had to search around in it for toppings, also there was hardly any cheese n the wings were all burnt…very bad exper…worse quality n experience ever
Also yesterday we ordered two medium two toppings pizzas and found tht there was no chicken in the chicken pizza..this is ridiculous…When my husband visited the store he found tht there was a lady at the store who was constantly trying to make the other worker teach the basics…seems this Kearny store lacks quality workers and so always create a blunder in our orders…Also the pizza was tasting as sour as pickled jalapenos…not baked properly too…this place can make anyone go hospitalized due to their inconsistent baking methods n poor quality

I ordered jalepeno pizza over the phone and 20 minutes later I got to the store to pick it up the stupid guy playing on his phone and said he forgot and give him 10 minutes. I just walked out. Another day I ordered jalepeno and they give me pepperoni toppings and got my money refunded. So irresponsible employees
