If you’re lucky, you might find parking — otherwise it can be pretty hard. The pizza is okay, nothing special, just regular Papa John’s quality. I got 2 medium pizzas for $13, which is a decent deal. Overall, it’s fine if you’re craving pizza, but don’t expect anything amazing.

I ordered two large pizzas for pickup this evening. When I arrived at the store, I politely asked if I could have crushed red pepper packets, which are commonly provided free of charge at many pizza restaurants. I was told that the small packets would cost $1 each. While the price itself was not the issue, when I mentioned that I would check with customer service to confirm, the employee began yelling at me and said, “Do whatever you want,” in an aggressive and dismissive manner.
I was extremely shocked and frightened by this response. I left the store feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. Because of this incident, I did not even want to eat the food. By the time my family opened the pizza at home, it was completely cold. Additionally, I had paid extra for pineapple toppings, but there were only one or two small pieces on the entire pizza.
As a result of this interaction, our family dinner was completely ruined.
To be very clear, this complaint is not about whether the pepper packets cost $1 or $2. It is about the fact that a customer was yelled at for asking a simple question. That kind of behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances.
The employee identified himself as “Mike.” I sincerely request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken, whether through proper retraining or disciplinary measures, to ensure that no other customer is treated this way in the future.
I have no intention of returning to this location due to this experience. If you need any additional details, I am more than willing to provide them.
This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope you will address it accordingly.

Seriously Disappointed with How I Was Treated at Papa John’s – Need This Fixed**
Hey Papa John’s team,
My last order was a total disaster and the way your staff talked to me was straight-up rude and out of line.
I called about a problem with my order (which I paid for, by the way) and instead of helping, the person on your store was super aggressive, talked down to me, and acted like I was wasting their time. Zero customer service vibes — just straight attitude and disrespect.
I get that people have bad days, but treating a paying customer like garbage is not okay.
– Whoever was on the store to actually get spoken to about this
– Some real assurance this won’t happen again (training? supervision? something)
– they were so agresif and they did not even accept our greetings when we entered to the store.
A real reply from someone who actually read thiswithin a week please

7:15 I saw ETA 30-35min
7:50 I saw it delivered on tracking but it wasn’t. I asked about it on online customer support chat they told me contact store
7:55 I tired to call here they don’t answer
8:00 I got call from delivery man he arrived
8:02 I got the pizza box, but there was wrong topping what I CAN NOT eat on my pizza
8:05 I asked it for refunding or redelivering it
8:07 they give me feedback form that’s all
8:15 I write feedback form for refunding
Next day 2:30pm
I didn’t get any reply from feedback yet
They ruined my dinner, waste my time, rob my money, disgrace papajohns

Here are two reasons why i don’t recommend this store.
1. The employee is so mean; when i arrived here to pick up my pizza, they kept talking, and walking around as a customer is not here even though they saw the customers.
2. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. But as you can see in the picture, they spread the spice and no apologies, and no changes.

I ordered 2 pizzas for my family when it came, both pizzas where smashed all the way to the sides and slices where on top of each other also,I ordered both pizzas to be cooked well done and neither of them where well done.

On Sunday, I bought two large pizzas with extra cheese and one with extra pineapple. The bill came to $34. What we received was two pizzas with just plain dough, no toppings. Unfortunately, given the distance from home and the hungry children, I couldn’t return the order, and I couldn’t take a photo. But I find it unconscionable on the part of the employees to deliver it in such a condition, if they already saw that the order went wrong.

Just ordered went to pick it up and the only thing ready was the chicken. I’m actually writting this whole standing in the store. I’m currently waiting for my pizza I personally think I shouldn’t have to pay for my food. It’s not my fault they couldn’t get the order right. Order a cheesesteak pizza barely any meat. I asked for no peppers there’s peppers on it. Place need to train there employees better. Chicken is cold. Tell me where the meat on here.
