We travel nurse around the country, and frequent Papa John’s everywhere we go. This is hands-down the worst location in the entire United States we’ve ever been to. We always order pizza sauce for the stuffed crust and the packets are consistently a quarter of the way full, when we are paying for the sauce! I have to bring it back in every time, and usually some guy with dirty hands at the front just scoops more sauce into the container and hands it back to me covered in pizza sauce on the outside. There’s little to zero you know what’s given from any employee at this location. Every time you go in there are several people standing around waiting to be helped, the parking lot stays trashed, and overall the inside just doesn’t feel like it’s sanitary. Very unfortunate that this is the only location around New Haven. 🙁 Won’t be ordering out here again on this assignment.
