I ordered 4 hours ahead of time on Superbowl Sunday, and they were still late providing our order. Not only that, but when we did get our order, we were missing an item. I tried calling and was on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally did get someone to report that we didn’t get out item, I was told they need to call the driver to confirm. Of course, the driver says he gave us everything, when he didn’t. They said I could just get a free pizza next time, but I wanted what we ordered. She said it would take them an hour and a half to get it to us, so I said fine, whatever. 2 hours later, still no item. I called again to say I wanted a refund. It is now Tuesday, with no sign of a refund.
I will never get anything from this store again.

TLDR : Never go or order from here.
Ive ordered and never received the delivery. Isn’t that fraudulent?
In addition, previously, they have randomly swapped my order items and ‘promised’ to fix it if I call then when I order the ‘next time’ with a free replacement.

I have had several orders with this restaurant in the past and tonight took the icing. First off if im paying for you to deliver the pizza and you are parked at the next block im not coming to you, then when you speed off and I call amd ask for a manager im asked to call tomorrow like what? After I call back a second time to cancel the order the guy on the phone throws an attitude with me then asks for my address to what? Fight me? Lol this place is a joke and I wouldnt invite my worst enemy to eat here. I have spent plenty of money in the past here and never again.

The pizza is pathetic. Unfortunately, I can’t give less than one star.
The attached images are supposedly of a speciality pizza (fiery buffalo chicken), worth 22 bucks value. But there is no buffalo sauce, hardly any chicken, so less cheese that you can see the pizza dough base and very thin pizza base. It tastes just as terrible as it looks.
The store manager is very rude, made no attempt to resolve the issue unlike other pizza companies, slammed the phone after saying that they can’t do anything and to contact the app from where it was ordered. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering food from Papa John’s again.
The store denied refund.
This is run by people, who traditionally, do not have good reputation. Watch video. You will understand.

This place is creepy at night. It’s in this weird lot with no lights. Go in, the staff is loud and yelling, arguing with each other. Sometimes they just ignore you for a few minutes and you stand there awkwardly. Customer service 101….”Hey there! How are you today? Can I help you?” Or, “Hello! Please give me a moment to finish this up and I’ll be right with you!”
Tonight’s I ordered my kiddos some garlic crust stuffed pizza. I was AWFUL. Like a giant raw dough ball. No garlic or seasoning on the crust. They threw a tiny cup of garlic oil in the box. It was inedible. I balled up the second pie and chucked it.
Yeah not a big fan.
