Whoever the people were working Tuesday night wow. I wish it was like this every time. I got the ultimate pepperoni and changed it to their new Deli pepperoni with extra sauce. This pizza is perfect everything cooked just right. The new pepperoni tasted better than the regular pepperoni. The epic stuff crust was perfect just wash it down with the garlic butter. The Tuesday $2 Deal is a great deal. You throw your papa bucks on top of that and save a lot. Great service tonight.

Pizza is okay, stuffed crust and garlic sauce were really the only good things. When I called in to order, it was someone who wasn’t in the store itself which I found odd and weird. Calls should be from the store itself, not a call center.

Very disappointed. I counted 22 pieces of Canadian bacon and 17 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza. No sauce at all, felt dry and bland. I will not order again.

Fantastic customer service! We were missing sauces from our order, instead of just offering to comp them they brought them to us within 5 mins and offered extra to make up for the mistake. Thank you for everything!

Don’t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of us and the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Don’t come unless you expect bad customer service and rude owners. Spread the word and make sure you don’t waste time here. Will never go again. No discounts or refunds given. Owner called himself to say he won’t help or send another one. Instead called and said since the box was open in front of the driver and we complained that it was ruined we couldn’t have another

As for fast food pizza. Papa johns has always been one of my favorite. This is the second time I ordered food from the Waterford location and my order was missing items. This time I decided to call the store and try to get with the manager to make sure I got cheese sticks instead of cheese pizza like I got. The person who answered barely spoke English (annoying) and the manager said hold for a second and left me there for 30 minutes. Then hung up the phone. I’m not one to leave bad reviews. But this location needs someone who knows how to run a business. Clearly some of the staff just dont care about the customers or atleast giving people what they ordered.

We have only been to Papa Johns once but thought we would try it again. I ordered online and my husband went to pick up the order. The order was over $30.00 and we would have left a tip. It is unusual we use cash but had a $100 bill. To my husbands surprise and disappointment they said they do not take any thing larger than a $20.00 bill. It was a very hot day here today and my husband didn’t want to go to CVS or somewhere else to cash in the bill while the food got cold. We would suggest they put something on their advertisements or online menus informing people they don’t accept anything larger than a $20.00 or to use a credit card!! We can’t comment on the food because we had to go else where

Ordered a delivery that was late because they had the wrong address. They probably misheard, and as we are humans, we accept everyone makes mistakes. The pizza was superb, and the base better than Domino’s.
The delivery lady was very apologetic and pleasant. She deserved her tip because once phone contact was made, she was talked through the directions. Her manner and politeness made up for the long wait.
I would definitely order again because it was so delicious. Now they also have on record our correct address.
