I enjoy Papa John’s but I need them to be consistent! I ordered parmesan bread sticks and they are dry as hell! Usually they have lots of seasoning and not sure who is cooking but the pizza isn’t the same either it did not come on time and it was not hot disappointed and I spent a lot of money

thoroughly disappointed with this pizza i ordered. first, a 15% tip is automatically charged. a tip is OPTIONAL, its purpose is to reward good service, however, they snatch a friggin tip from me BEFORE providing service. as for my order, i ordered a small pizza with regular crust, not the thin crust they delivered, 2 20 oz mountain dews (which apparently i messed up and somehow ordered 2 2 liter mountain dews, and 1 garlic dipping sauce and received 2 sauces instead. delivery was approximately 2 miles from the store, for which i was charged $4.50 delivery fee. pizza quickly arrived, so i have no issues with respect to the delivery, except for steep delivery fee. however, if i am going to pay $32 for a 10″ pizza i should get what i ordered.

When my order was delivered, I noticed that it was one pizza short. The Doordash driver had no idea. I called Papa John’s and was routed to the manager. He was super chill, and he offered to remake it. Not long after I had a knock at my door. This G of a manager delivered it himself, was super cool, and refused to take the tip the Doordash driver didn’t earn. Thank you Sir!

I just ordered wings and pepperoni pizza and I ordered bone-in wings and ended up getting chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce on it and it tasted like they were just microwaved. They also put olives on my pepperoni pizza which I didn’t ask for. I was very disappointed with my order and couldn’t receive a full refund.

Ordered recently and had the driver named Brandon. He left our food on the ground in the middle of winter without letting us know he was here. Happened twice now and we order at least once a month and this is the worst delivery experience we’ve ever had. I also tip well so I’m not sure why this had to happen.

We got this the other night and it was so bad . Food was old cold and the place was dirty and the staff just ignored me as I waited to get my oder. Witch we had ordered for a time to pic it up and it was still not fresh. DONT GO HERE !!!!!
