The service has gotten worse and worse from this location. Tonight I ordered at 4:30 for delivery at 5:45. The pizza arrived at 6:15. 30 minutes after the requested delivery time on a pre scheduled delivery?

Papa John’s decided to make a call center for ordering pizza… Someone who doesn’t understand what I’m saying, doesn’t live in my state and has to call the physical store anyway to answer my questions. Do better Papa John’s!

I liked the quality of the food for the most part . But I tried a new pizza the five cheese garlic crust and the pizza was undercooked and it had barely any sauce they refused to remake it which is fine I tried to call Nashua to inform the owner they hung up very unprofessional they don’t acknowledge the customers who come in thru the door we are the reason you have a paycheck appreciation and acknowledgement would be nice and when you make a mistake fix it yeah I won’t get another thing from there ever they lost me as a customer under cooked pizza and hardly any sauce I will not spend another dime with them ever and the fact they won’tmake it right yeah 25 percent off so pay that in addition for a pizza you paid for to be under cooked raw dough unbelievable

The pizza was just cheese, one gross topping, and no pizza sauce. Took two bites then I threw it out. Sauce is the best part.
You have to request light cheese and extra sauce, or they’ll make it like below pic. Then they deny and lie there is sauce on it. Nope !

Ordered a small cheese pizza in the store, food was ready in about 10 minutes which is what I was told when ordering. The staff was polite and pleasant.
The pizza was terrible. The crust was chewy, and the cornicione was too tough to consume. The sauce was very sweet (I didn’t care for), at least the cheese was good.
