I hardly ever write a review or Feedbacks but I must take the time to express my experience especially since it my first time ordering from this location, I was taken back on how much of a GREAT experience and service that I received from the Manager Nicole, who personally made my Fried Oreo Bites after I expressed how much I liked them! & I must say, she must of made them with Love of how delicious they were.

This was by far the WORST service I’ve ever had! The manager on shift at around 730pm (refused to give her name) was very rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. The food was was just as nasty as her attitude! 0/10 do not recommend

Pizza was awesome. Classic papa John’s pizza. Soft and hot. Awesome with the garlic sauce. Staff seemed to have good friendly service as well. I don’t leave feedback often. This was a good experience and I will be back.

Pretty sure the guy working was working alone. That said, he rushed over, cheerfully got me my order, and told me to have a great day. That is not the usual anymore! I meant to order from the Smithfield Avenue store because it is closer, but I will be coming to this one for now on just because of how pleasant and welcoming this gentleman was. H e deserves a raise honestly, good help is not easy to come by. I didn’t get his name but dark curly hair.

I like the bottom of my pizza with a crunch. and as soon as the man saw me looking at the bottom of my pizza B4 I could even open my mouth the great worker had the pizza in the oven. I’ve been back twice since opening and the bottom of my pizza is always crunching like Captain crunch. Great service and u can tell they actually care about the product they are handing u.

I ended up getting a call back, for them to tell me that they ran out of cheese cups but I found it strange that they wanted me to pay with a card when I had cash, I asked if they wanted me to go to different branch and the reply I got was “if that’s what to do, that’s fine with us”. I wasn’t looking to get anything “Free” but definitely didn’t try to win over my buisness.
