Ordered through Ubereats for a works pizza, a cheeseless pizza (dairy allergy), and plain breadsticks. The order arrived with the breadstick box leaking all over the other items, I open it to find that they put the garlic parmesan butter all over the breadstick instead of it being plain. The butter leaked through this box and all over the other boxes containing the pizzas, including the one with the allergy. I tried to get a refund from uber but it was only partial for the breadsticks and one pizza and the refund will take 3-10days to hit my account. I called the store and spoke to a manager stating this is not even my first time having a major issue. He was very nice but admitted that because we lived so far away there was nothing he could do. I told him this will be my last time ordering since we have had so many issues each time getting worse with each order. I suggest anyone ordering here to order in person or pick up their order so they can fix any mistakes right away. So sad, I remember when Papa John’s used to be great, now it is a miracle if they can get your order correct at all.

The order I was received last nightwas wrong, I can’t have cheese and ordered plain breadaticks. I received garlic Parmesan sticks and called back immediately. The person I called told me she would send out the right order either later that night or the next day. I never got them that night so I called back today and they told me I would have to pay the delivery fee to get the food back. The woman I talked to last night never mentioned this.
I have 2 chronic illnesses that makes eating very difficult, I wasn’t simply being picky. I literally couldn’t eat the food I received and I wasn’t offered a refund.

My grandson raved about the food here. It was not good, at all and I would not eat there again. The garlic knots were dry, the sandwich I got pappadia, it barely had and steak filling and it had green peppers, which I asked for there to be none. My grandsons pizza was doughy and not cut good. The eating area was very dirty, floor and tables. The counter help was very nice, especially the woman home schooling her kids, she was very nice.

Ordered online and when the tracker said delivered and I had not received my pizza I contacted them.. the manager on phone says the driver tried calling but apparently my number wasn’t updated so with no answer she brought the food back, not once did they consider knocking on my door which they clearly have before in the past , am I supposed to go outside for my own pizza like a dog when they are the delivery service. Knock on my door and deliver my pizza ! Manager on the phone tells me she will call the correct number I said no she can knock on my door like a normal delivery person does. Unbelievable

So, pizza delivery. We all have bad experiences and it can be unfair to the store if the delivery wasn’t perfect and the customer complains. I’m however leaving this 1 star review for everything that happened after. I had to call the store because food was never delivered, after waiting 15 minutes I finally got through to someone. I was told that the driver called the number but they couldn’t get through. I then asked if I could get a refund or if the food could be redelivered and was rudely told they were very busy in the store and they would put me on hold to figure something out. I was on hold for over 30 minutes until i finally got annoyed and drove to the pizza place, as I was still on hold. I got to the “very busy” store and found they had no customers but instead had five employees playing and joking along with their manager. Told the clerk my story, who was the same person who put me on hold in the first place. She got the manager and I finally got my very cold food. This was now well over two hours since the order was placed. I didn’t ask for anything but the food that was paid and didn’t even ask for the delivery fee or tip. Nothing was offered in the first place and I wasn’t about to waste more time dealing with their incompetence. Accidents happen, I was part of the issue because of the phone mix up, but poor service is no accident. It’s caused from carelessness and bad leadership. Don’t waste your money and, more importantly your time, supporting this business. There are many local pizza places in Fall River and Somerset who appreciate your business and treat customers and their money, with respect.

Used to be great but now the original hand tossed crust is flat and thin. Not worth $20 for a crust that tastes like frozen pizza. Had to go back in to the store to get my 2 liter soda because the lady at the counter forgot it took.

Place will literally try to rob you. Will claim your food is delivered and then you’ll have to reach out or they’ll take your money. When you do reach out to them they will make up that they had the wrong number. This is the second time this has happened so I literally put my number in the delivery instructions again and they still tried saying it. Don’t waste your time or money with this garbage place
