These guys know NOTHING about Pizza. Look what they made! Crust r so bad! We even asked double chicken but we barely can see chicken here.. they did half chicken but double peppers n olives.. not gonna visit again!!!

I think its a hit or miss here. If Ima be hoenst I never had an issue but I dont get pizza. I get the cheese sticks the papa bites and desserts. They are always delicious. I usually order pick up or through the Uber eats app and I only had a problem once. When i ordered Ubereats i had a completely inedible pizza with extra Alfredo and Jalapeno grosss but by the time I got my food they were closed. So i tried to get my money back and Uber eats had the audacity to say no. Needless to say I stopped using the app for a year. Then today I ordered delivery directly from the site. Got the papa bites. Ordered at 11:59 pm arrived 12:43 am not bad at all for a Saturday night. So I think you just gotta know what to order and when to order.

I have been ordering from Papa John’s Somerville for nearly Five years. I have had delivery and carryout. I have never had to second guess the taste or quality. Total communication breakdown. I couldn’t track my delivery, received zero status updates. I tried calling the store repeatedly for 20 minutes with no answer. Then I hang up to call Papajohn’s corporate customer service, they put me on hold to “check the order” and then simply hung up. I called the customer service for a second time and they told me my delivery was still in the making after 1 hour, and asked me to contact the store (that was non-responsive) to request a refund

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and their oreo dessert, and it was delicious. The wait was pretty strange though, as a customer (i think) and an employee were having a public conversation that could probably be heard outside. Didn’t bother me anyway, as long as the pizza came. It took about 10-15 minutes to finish making, and we left to eat outside afterwards. The pizza was really good. The dough was pretty thick, so it filled us up super quick, but it was fresh and delicious. The fried oreos were also super good, though i’d probably have to screen for diabetes after eating them all. I think i had a huge sugar craving and this solved it all.

By far the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever called. Especially their overnight crew. You can place an order online to their store and they’ll “magically” lose your order, even if you give them your order number. They also don’t honor coupons according to them. Take it from me your better off ordering from Domino’s in Davis square I guarantee it. And to the overnight representative names Omar, you definitely need to be retrained in every aspect of customer service.

I bought a pepperoni pizza, with sauces and soda and received a cheese pizza totally different from what I had paid for. I called the store several times and couldn’t get the service. I’m impressed with so much neglect. Don’t buy from this store! I didn’t receive the pizza I had paid for, I didn’t receive the sauces and I didn’t receive the soda.

Ordered half&half peperoni and hawaiian, and I got half part without ANY topping.

This location have some employees problems for sure. This is the third time in a row I found that they don’t like to put proper toppings on pizza for sure. I am a vegetarian guy who have limited options of food to have it. I ordered large pizza with mushrooms. You can see in the picture how much toppings they put, top and bottom of the pizza have nothing so basically half of the pizza have no toppings. Customer care called me with a stupid reply May happened because of lunch hours. Do you think I born yesterday and just get out from hospital and ordered pizza. She said we will refund you half which they didn’t! Employee on this location act like they are bringing toppings from their home. Stupid employees don’t understand that if some one ordered vegetarian pizza that means that person have only limited option to eat! Does this employee going to put the toppings in their pizza in a same way!
You are in a restaurant business, you have to make every single food item in a way like you are making for your self. But you can’t teach these things to uneducated people for sure.
I highly recommend do not order from this location because you are not going to have half of the pizza without toppings.
