We order from here regularly, and the pizza is consistently the best in the area. The customer service is equally impressive friendly, attentive, and efficient every time. Thomas, the new manager, has done an excellent job creating a welcoming experience and clearly values customer feedback. Highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Papa John’s on Chandler st for truly making some delicious pizza. Also be very good at understanding what “a whole lot” means. I asked for a whole lot of Pepperoncinis and IGOT a whole lot of Pepperoncinis. The service was great and was able to enjoy a quick laugh with the staff. I think I just may have found my new go to spot for pizza. I also forgot my 2L (my fault, not theirs) and the store was nice enough to allow me to have it given to the next customer who doesn’t order one. 5 stars all day long to this location and their staff. Kepp killing it y’all.

This Papa John’s should be embarrassed. The pizza was a disaster from start to finish cold, soggy, and clearly made by someone who hates their job. The crust was dry like cardboard, the sauce tasted artificial and weirdly sweet, and the toppings were so skimpy I had to double-check I didn’t order a plain pizza by mistake.
It honestly looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours before being tossed into a box. Greasy, limp, and borderline inedible. I threw most of it away because it just wasn’t worth forcing myself to eat.
Customer service was just as bad as the food. No accountability, no apology, zero effort to make it right. Just pure indifference as if bad food and wrong orders are the norm here. If this is their “standard,” then the bar is underground.
Save yourself the disappointment and order literally anywhere else. Gas station pizza would’ve been an upgrade. Never again.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Waited 30 minutes for them to “find a driver” through DoorDash. Found out they canceled the deliveries and were only doing pickup. This was nowhere on their website when I placed the order. No call to tell me after they watched my order sit there for 30 minutes. I called asking what the holdup was, and that was what I found out. The young lady yelled at me saying I don’t understand and blaming me. She put her manager on the phone and he was even worse! Offered no solution. Said “I’ll cancel your order and give it to the homeless”. Cool, but not what I wanted. He started going on a tangent of every complaint in the book—nothing I could’ve done as a customer. Sounded like a management and organizational issue. Offered no compensation or anything. Told him to refund m and hung up as he was yelling at me over the phone. Will never go there ever again.

Me and my partner frequently order from this location, every week the Pizza or Breadsticks are never actually cut, (I’ve bought my own slicer because of this consitant problem). Delivery drivers are hit or miss, while Austin is amazing service every time, the other new kid refused to leave his truck; so hope the odds are in your favor. Quick delievery but half the time it results in half-cooked food or forgotten items. Pizza is good though most of the time, please keep improving! Please see a few photos from our orders the past two months!

Better ingredients do not make better pizza by themselves. You need a good recipe. Papa John’s sauce is dull. It tastes like good tomatoes with no spices or garlic. They try to make up for it with garlic dipping sauce and spice packets but those are no substitute for properly made tomato sauce. It needs to be cooked in.
We ordered one original crust with sausage and one thin crust with bacon, mushrooms and onions.
Their original crust was okay. The thin crust was not worth eating. After eating 2 slices to give it a fair try, I threw out the rest of the large pizza. We were disappointed.

Today, 5/25/25, I was a first time Papa John’s customer. The employees were nice enough and the food was 100% satisfactory. However, I did have a problem while attempting to order over the phone. It was tedious on a level that can scarcely be described. My call went to a call center in India, I believe, based on the woman’s accent who answered my call.
Really ?!?! A call center ? For a pizza ? After getting disconnected on the first call, I called back, only to have some woman get the address wrong 4 times before finally connecting me to the actual location from where I wanted to order from in the first place. That’s 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. It is indescribably rediculous to have a pizza order go through a call center, and then to have someone so inept answer the phone, that she couldn’t get the address correct after multiple attempts. It was frustrating on a level I’ve never before experienced.
