Don’t order anything from this location. Im not sure sure who is in charge of quality at this location, but do better. Every time I’ve ordered from this location SOMETHING is always wrong with my order. Tonight was no exception. Im a firm believer in giving a place a couple of chances but tonight just took the cake. I ordered 2 pizzas, both with garlic parm crust, well no garlic parm crust in sight, which i was charged for. 1 of the pizzas was a customer 2 topping with Alfredo sauce, well it had no sauce on it. The other pizza, was a Philly cheese steak, which was uncut, and had so much sauce on it that it was dripping off and all the the topping slid off. Because of the amount of sauce on the Philly cheese steak pizza, it made it absolutely disgusting. If i wanted a mouth full of ranch I would have just taken the bottle of ranch from my fridge and turned it up and not be charged 15 bucks for it.

I ordered some bbq boneless wings. And this is how it looked!!! I know for a fact there suppose to be more bbq sauce than this. There suppose to be at least tossed in sauce , then when I called to complain about my order to the manager he said “ok” then went on to say , he know they put the right amount. THIS WASNT THE RIGHT AMOUNT SIR!! Very sad if you ask me!

Have the flu, but have to be at work. Order a pizza from this location at 11:30 am. I am less than 1/10th of a mile away. Order gets marked delivered at 12:15. Orders not delivered. I call saying that my order was marked delivered but I didn’t get a delivery. They say okay, they know, Bye. My lunch time is over, and go back to my job. Gets here 5 minutes after my lunch time is over, they really sorry I was the last delivery. They had to literally go past me to get anywhere. I saw them pass at 10 till 12. Don’t order from here. Ever. They don’t care, and that means that they can’t have any pride or quality.

I placed my order online at 8.30 am on a Sunday to be picked up at noon.
When I arrived the guy at the counter told me he had 5 orders that had to be ready by noon, and that mine would be ready in 20 minutes.
My question is did they go by the time frame that the order was received. I only had one pizza, wings and a papa dia.
Why pre-order your pizza when other orders are placed ahead of you. Obviously, they don’t go by first come first serve.

This is honestly the worst Papa Johns I’ve ever gone to. The first time I did carry out here, the pizza was 20 minutes late compared to the ETA and the guy was probably really high because he didn’t hear the other guy in the back calling out my name for the pizza when it was finally finished and had to keep asking me my name. The second time I did carry out here, they gave my pizza to someone else and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make a new one. The pizza is fine hence the 2 stars but good lord, they have the worst service. I don’t know how they’re still open.

Ridiculous. spent $27, you want your sauce to at least cover the boneless chicken. They just threw sauce in the container. Lazy & Unnecessary!!!!!! Smh

If I could give zero stars I would. Pizza was lukewarm, wings were different from the pictures advertised on the website. Sauce was splattered onto the wings like ketchup. It looked like a 2 yr old was allowed playtime. We literally rinsed the fake thick like ketchup sauce off the wings. When questioned about the splattered sauce the staff immediately stated “we don’t refund for bad wings” “that’s how we do them” and “our food is not going to look like the food on the website.” The manager reiterated his staffs claims insisting the food is not intended to emulate what is displayed on the official website. If the food does not reflect what is shown on the website then why advertise on a website? Is it for customers to go into local pizza shops with an expectation to purchase food that looks nothing like what they have seen advertised? I completely understand why this location has a 3.1 average score review . Based on the poor quality of food, negative customer service, and defensive and complacent behavior of the staff I’m surprised they have a score beyond 0.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, went to pick it up on my way heading to work. Get to work open the pizza getting ready to eat it and the pan that they cook it on was still under my pizza! When calling they were very nonchalant about it and said they not gone say bring the pan back but I can throw it away. I went on to let them know that, that’s not normal and working in restaurant it should be something done. Speaking to an employee she was very rude hung up twice, finally called back and spoke with the manager who had just come in to the shift. She said that she would give a credit! But I had to go through so much rudeness to get acknowledged. Sadly I couldn’t post the pan that was left on the review
