I ordered a Large cheese pizza over an hour ago. I called because the pizza never came and they tell me the door dash person never showed up!!!!!! WTH?! They didn’t notice my food sitting there. I’m sure I am not the only one!!! What happens to all the food. He tells me they waste it!!!! What?!?!

Dottie Stpeter waited on me and all I can say is Wow!! The best service I ever had and I’m 65 years old, a real professional, pleasant, polite and very informative. She is definitely manger material. I’ll definitely be going back for food very soon, because of her!!☘️

Wow this place should be shut down for the amount of bad reviews….here’s another. Waited 20 minutes past the time promised whatever …..but I was tortured with watching the incompetent people putting together my order cause I forgot my phone in the car. I watched the kid spill my bread bites all over the counter then proceeded to walk away for a minute. Opened my box to my pizza melt and it was the saddest looking thing I’ve seen in awhile. I knew the manager would be of no use when I heard him training another failure like him. Dottie was cool shout out to her. Never again though!

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 pizzas on line . Pick up 5:27. Went to pick pizzas up and they weren’t ready. I asked a few times when they would be ready and response was soon. Finally got the pizza at 6:15. The women gave me a bag and said a little something for waiting so long. It was a bag filled honey mustard sauces. The pizza was horrible. One pie had hardly any cheese. The second pie had cheese. It was hard as a rock and not cut all the way through. I tried to cut it but it was very hard. We could not eat it because it was so hard. We ate a few of the pizza with hardly any cheese but it was horrible!! We threw the pizzas in the trash!! Such a bad experience!!! I didn’t even go back to explain because I was so mad!!

Delivery was over 30 minutes late. Not the driver’s fault. They had to wait at the restaurant that entire time. Food was not all that great. Toppings were just thrown and most ended up on a couple of the slices and the rest was just sauce and cheese. Didn’t even offer to refund the $4.99 delivery fee (not tip — fee). I tipped extra when driver arrived because the they wasted so much time waiting, they certainly lost out on other deliveries. Never going back.
P.S. if you read this Papa Gino’s, if you’re backed up, don’t promise an unrealistic delivery time. You may lose a customer that particular night, but you’ve lost this one forever.

I really have no idea why I keep coming back here. Maybe I’m just a glutton for punishment. Orders are never ready when they say they’ll be. People are always among a sea of confusion (on both sides of the counter). The food is good, but I can’t remember the last time an order was ready on time nor when it was done right.
It’s just an embarassment, really.
And heaven help the poor person in the dining area waiting for his pizza to come out. I think he’s been forgotten about entirely.

Dotty was so sweet! Her service made the experience like a really nice sit down meal instead of a quick pizza stop. She even brought silverware to our table. This was great thank you Dotty!

I had a free offer for a small pizza from the rewards program and Google Maps said “dine in”, so we tried here. Great service! I’m not a fan of pizza anymore, but, I’ve been a fan of Papa Gino’s since I was a kid. My friend loves the crust and she enjoys Papa Gino’s. My kids devoured their slices. Pricey, but, everyone was happy ! Wifi available.

The pizza was very bad. Think frozen pizza. The crust was awful, and the sauce tasted bad. You’re better off going to papa johns or dominos if you’re looking for a chain pizza place. The staff was very nice. Its also far too expensive. $20 is too much for a pizza i can get frozen that tastes better

Food was great but nvr recieved my utensils and my pizza was nvr cut and a little overcooked. Otherwise everything else was great. Just needed a little more attention to detail.
