I ordered 2 Italian subs for pick up and upon getting them home, we discovered the lettuce was starting to wilt and was not fresh and the subs weren’tthat good becausepf it. A little disappointed since we order from here once in a while and never have any issues before this.

We’ve been going to Papa Gino’s for years. But Stopped going for a while, because of Terrible Pizzas! Restarted going back about a year ago. Pizza was Excellent again until a few months ago! Which turned Terrible again Extremely Dry and hardly any Sauce real Disgusting and No taste.
So I think the Franchise or the particular one in Whitman needs to retrain on how to make Great pizzas again. Because we’re not going back for a long time again, and if we back back at all……….

Who needs enemies when you have a staff like this. Pizza kept in the back not even under heat lamps. Place is filthy and run down. I guarantee this place will not last. Get new staff and new manger. It gives no one cares about the food quality or place. Walked right out after observing everyone’s work ethic. Should be ashamed.

The pizza was terrible. It was as though it had been sitting there all day. It was cold and soggy. It was picked up Promptly and we live nearby so it wasn’t that. It was the worst papa Gino’s pizza we’ve ever had.

Just picked up a pizza supposed to be half pepperoni and cheese the whitman store I live in Bridgewater got home with my pizza it was all cheese I called and the girl that answered didn’t believe me pepperoni is more than cheese they owe me some money spoke to a manager she wasn’t apologetic she didn’t like that I was upset not getting what I ordered and hung up on me great customer service
