Delivered the food without food being taped closed terrible ordered french fries and a pizza both boxes not taped and they delivered it without being in anything terrible, I had to throw my food into the garbage did not trust it when the driver can open up my food and enjoy my french fries not saying that he did but that’s what they can do,

Haven’t eaten here in years, pizza was under cooked, I showed up 10 min after the expected done time, and still had to wait 10 min. The guy expediting the orders either doesn’t like his job, or the people he works with. I’ll go to another location….if I even decide to bravely try papa Gino’s again

We ordered pizzas for our child’s party at maplewood. They were cut into 16ths, delivered early, hot, and the delivery driver brought extra napkins plates and utensils. It was hot and delicious, all guests were happy and excited to see papa Gino’s, we couldn’t have been more happy or thankful of the whole process! 13/10 recommend.

Our pizza was delivered like warm and chewy. We aren’t sure if it was undercooked or old pizza dough but it was awful. Our breadsticks were the same flat, chewy, and either raw or old.

I don’t know why I keep coming here the mess up my order every time. I placed my orders on line. The first time I order 3 pizzas 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 chicken w/bacon. I received 2 cheese &1 pepperoni. The 2nd time I ordered 1 pepperoni w/extra cheese and 1 chicken w/bacon. They definitely didn’t put extra cheese and the pizzas were warm not hot. They employees are very nice and polite.

Pizza was awesome. The pizzas came out lightning quick and when one of the pizzas had the slightest hole in it, they gave us a brand new one, plus the one with the hole with it on the house. Highly recommend

The pizza showed up 20 min after it was supposed to so it was not really hot. Plus the toppings I. The bacon and sausage pizzas were extremely scarce. I was shocked because usually there are an ample amount of toppings. The pizza also could have stayed in for a minute or 2 longer. Usually we have a great experience at this location. Not this time unfortunately.
