Took a while for someone to come over to the counter for a pick up. Ordered a large fri with 3 honey mustards and asked for a separate bag for the honey mustards. They decided to put the bag in with the “large fries” so didn’t really got what I paid for… Manager was outside smoking then didn’t wash his hands once coming back inside. Not necessarily “rude” service they acted like I was more of an inconvenience even though I was the only customer inside and was picking up not placing an order.

Combo Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo. Stopped in for a quick lunch, they have a combo deal 2 slices and a drink for about 9 bucks after tax which was a fast and affordable deal for a decent lunch. Service was fast and polite. Inside was very clean.

I ordered delivery, which included a 2 liter of diet pepsi. Unfortunately, when the Door Dash delivery person arrived at my home, they didn’t have the soda, and they said that the store didn’t give it to them, and I would have to call the store and get a refund for the soda. INSTEAD OF THE DRIVER GOING BACK TO THE LOCATION AND GETTING THE SODA, AND DELIVERING IT TO ME. So, I call the location, and the management woman answers and proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t have any drivers and she’s the only one with a car, and she can only give me a refund for the soda, because she can’t leave the location. So who’s at fault??? The Papa Gino’s staff who didn’t bother to make sure the full order was given to the driver? Or the driver who didn’t bother to check the order that they were picking up? Mind you, that there was a complete printout attached to the pizza box which indicated a 2 liter bottle of diet pepsi was part of the order. Or the customer, who ordered a soda, and now forced to take a refund, and nothing to drink with the order/dinner. I don’t care for people who think a refund is acceptable. Getting my order right in the first place would be the correct and acceptable thing to do. And I think this is on both Papa Gino’s and DoorDash. And the driver should have gone back to the store to get it. #DOBETTER

We ordered 2 large pizzas. First of all…. definitely not large . Looks more like a medium. One pepperoni, one buffalo chicken. Dear Lord . I could only manage to pick through 2 pieces of the buffalo cx. It was swimming in a white dressing. Not sure if it was actually blue cheese. It was over powered by the 5 pounds of hot sauce on top of that. There might have been 2 Tbsp of actual chicken on it and it was so well done it was hard to chew. I did order the pizza well done as l always do everywhere but …..the toppings should not be almost indistinguishable. Could not even see or taste any cheese. Hubby’ s pepperoni was paper thin. Very little cheese.

So my wife and I got very sick for 2 days after this visit. We ordered different things so this means SOMEONE DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. Nobody was wearing food handler gloves which is a state law. The manager was sweeping and mopping with no gloves then handling food. The 2 young guys were playing with their phones scratching their hair, ass and crotch and biting their nails. Anyone see a problem? So I have been eating Papa Gino’s for 55 years and had 6 bad meals, honestly not a bad record. I called corporate thinking they would want to know someone got sick. I got a call back from KATHY WHO WAS THE MOST RUDE AND IGNORANT PERSON. “This is the last time we are giving you a refund, you have done this a few times before.” So forget about customers getting sick. The CEO didn’t even care so now I will never go back and I will make it my mission to now inspect every Papa Gino’s and report what I find and see to the Board of Health……eat at your own risk….

Do not order from this bridge Street store. Their driver did not deliver the food to our home. We had to drive to the store, at which point they charged us full price. Kristin, the general manager, lacks empathy, compassion, and a good delivery service. Save yourself the frustration.

We live 3 minutes away and pizza was 30 minutes late. Had been ready since 8:26 but the DoorDash driver don’t pick up til 8:51. I would’ve never ordered if I knew that papa Gino’s used DoorDash for delivery. Will never order again. Pizza was 40min old by the time it got to me. Terrible service.
