Great Experience today & Just had to stop by & mention it; They went above & beyond which is rare these days. I left the store with our Food, (including a 1/2 tray of chicken) asked for 2 extra sauces didn’t check but assumed there was more inside. Drove a minute away & they called to say we forgot something. Turned around not really sure what I forgot since didn’t check the bag, walked in & they gave me this bag of sauces. Opened it in the car & was so impressed, Staff like this is rarely seen these days and they deserve a kudos. *Also if anyone is wondering… the “boneless wings” are sooooo good!!! (It’s our Second time getting them this week) been stuck inside, got sick of cooking & they totally hit the spot. The Pickup Timing/temp/food all were great! Thanks again!

UPDATE UPDATE: Came in and did mobile pickup for $5 cheese. First pizza was absolutely horrific BUT superhero manager Michael swooped in and saved the day! That small cheese is TOP TIER! Thanks
UPDATE: absolute redemption for this Papa Gino’s. It seems they may have gotten the new team/team members. This meat combo is made right and hits all the spots of what the Papa Gino pie should be. I even had to call to give them a shout out. Credit where it’s due (I did order midday Monday during lunchtime, but the time they’re open, shouldn’t affect the quality)
Initial review: I order frequently and this was not great. Ordered an XL WELL DONE; this is not an XL or well done. If fact after this pic, I took a bite and it’s UNDERCOOKED. Not what I paid for.. it was a hour before close and it was clearly rushed.. don’t be open if you won’t make the orders correctly.

Went here not to long ago the manager had a great attitude checked on customers, asked how the food was. And was training the next generation of pizza makers I think his name was Mike thanks Mike one of the best experiences in Quincy 🙂

Papa Gino’s on Granite st. They make the best pizza papa Gino’s is my favorite pizza its been for many years now. The service is great they deliver right up to the second floor to my door. They are always friendly just like when I first call who takes my order are very pleasant. If it’s deliveryed or the smallest mistake happens which doesn’t happen often. I love Papa Gino’s but this is the best location I have visited. The food was amazing and the staff was beyond helpful with a special thanks to Michael the manager for taking especially good care of us and ensuring our visit was 5 stars!! I would go here all the time if it was closer but will definitely visit again when I am in the area!!
