This is the 2nd time this week that we ordered from papa’s. Both were awful. We tried to order the scrumptious papa burger from years ago but they were no longer available so we order the only option of a cheeseburger sub from papa/dangelo. It was awful!!! Loaded with salt. Inedible!!! Dumped it down the toilet. Tonight, we ordered 2 long hot dogs, attempting to give them a second chance, but NO!! Equally disappointing!! I gave explicit instructions and directions on which door to deliver to which but the way is only 0.5 miles from papas. The food arrived cold and inedible. The driver couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I was saying to him. Do not give a tip before the service is complete. I will never order from papa Gino’s again. Be forewarned!! Maybe this is why Medway’s papa Gino’s is one of the last.

We ordered pizza delivery at 4:30 PM and by 5:30 PM still had no food. I called the store and was told the DoorDash driver would be there in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes went by….still nothing.
I called again and was told again that the driver would be there in 2 minutes. When I asked them to double-check, they admitted they actually couldn’t get in touch with the DoorDash driver at all, yet they had been giving me time estimates the entire time.
After waiting an hour and a half, I asked to speak with a manager. Instead of offering any solution, apology, or compensation for the inconvenience, I was told they were going to cancel my order because they don’t have contact info for DoorDash drivers.
Canceling an order after an hour and a half of waiting with no attempt to make it right is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking.
Save your money. This location is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed.

My son picked this spot for his birthday dinner (ok!) and we ordered a bit of everything. It has a good old-timey setup with tons of booths and an upper level overlooking the street. We will go back for lunch sometime soon for the subs.

My boyfriend and I get 2 cheese pizzas every week and they’re consistently delicious at the Medway location. The manager always greets my boyfriend by name, which is thoughtful. It’s rare to find a place that cares about quality and consistency anymore, so we keep coming back and appreciate the great service and care. The pizza wasn’t anything like a normal papaginos pizza. The crust wasn’t thin, but rather over 1 inch thick. It was more Greek style. The kids working were nice, but that’s just it, they were children with no adult supervision. There was no leadership in the place to teach these kids. It looked like a high school party in there behind the counter.

After a few times of getting barely any cheese, sauce and dried up pizzas from this location I was fed up and decided to call ask what’s going on with the ingredients I pay for. The response from manager was they didn’t care and was instructed to drive the pizza all the way back so they can inspect it in person (Laughable). This place has terrible management and it’s not the first time I’ve heard managers have been rude and issues like they have employees rubbing and scratching at there noses right behind the counter in plain sight (I kid you not). Sketchy location to say the least not happy at all.

The pizza is delicious. I was hungry and I got 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of pepperoni. It was already hot and ready to eat when I ordered it so I didn’t have to wait. I just went up to the cash register, ordered and paid, then he gave me my pizza.

Consistently a really good thin crust pizza. I’ve been going here for in the area of 40 years. I’ve really never had a bad meal from this location. I usually get takeout but they have plenty of seating. Pizza and a Mug root beer is a great treat!

Pizza and fries was okay, D’Angelo s steak and cheese was really good. Frustrating that they weren’t able to give rewards points as I’d already paid. Not a good way to keep me coming back.
