Every single time I have gone for a pizza, everyone in there is so kind. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery- it resulted in it being an Uber delivery. The Uber driver ended up canceling the delivery. I called the store and told them I’ll just come and get it. Since the pizza was sitting there that whole time they made a new pizza and refunded me for the hassle. This isn’t the first time they have gone above and beyond for their customer. I’m trying to keep them in business as long as possible. THE BEST pizza and their employees are amazing.

If you don’t leave at least a 20% tip they make a crappy pizza with little toppings and make you wait for it. Even if you call well in advance. It’s no wonder so many of these stores closed. Sad to see this happen to a once great pizza chain. Pay and train your employees better! I won’t be back.

I came in yesterday for a small pizza . Upon receiving the pizza I noticed there was too much sauce . I asked if I could get a new one and the gentleman with glasses and black hair threw his hands up and said “I only get paid $18 an hour “ I don’t have to deal with this bullshit “. I am not a confrontational person so I decided I do not want a refund or the pizza and I walked out. That man is very disrespectful and rude . This hasn’t been the first time he has been rude to customers . If you want business get rid of that ignorant guy and hire someone who actually wants to work

I’ve always loved Papa Gino’s pizza but I don’t see the stores often anymore so when I came across this one by accident I had to stop. The workers were friendly and seemed to work well together. The interior has not changed. It still looks the same way it always has – kinda outdated and dingy. The pizza was yummy. The only issue I had was with the fries. They were good but whoever made them was too heavy handed with the salt. The fries had salt AND there was a small pile of salt sitting at the bottom of the fries. I had to scrape off salt from every fry. I liked it better back in the day when they didn’t put any salt on the fries.

I ♥️ Papa Gino’s, however their online ordering pickup time is extremely off. My confirmation said my pickup order would be ready @ 4:35pm it is now 4:55pm and I have been told that it is “the next one out” 3 times…
Update: despite needing to wait upwards of an extra 25 minutes I order was correct. And I was given a very sympathetic we’re sorry for my troubles.

Jesse was a customer service monster – he asked me if I was being helped on a busy night – we discussed our pizza options and couldn’t decide on what type of pizza I wanted. We decided on that the Rustic Pizza was the real deal. Perfectly seasoned crust and crispy thin (not too thin) and was big enough to feed a family of belly’s!

Haven’t been to Papa Gino’s for a few years. The employees were so nice and helpful, place was clean, food was delicious, will be returning. I had the cheese bread sticks, and 2 pieces of pizza, and a drink. I forget how much it cost, but I do remember it was a reasonable amount.

The pizza is delicious but staff are poorly trained on how to handle calls. The woman I spoke to seemed miserable. She was short in her responses and came off rude!
