The cheesy bread with xtra cheese was so on point tonight that my wife and I debated wether to call and learn the name of the person who made it so we could ask for them next time or leaving a review. After deciding a picture will speak louder than a single phone call, you can see what we decided. 10/10 thank you guys we loved our Papa Gino’s tonight more than anything. Ps kiss that cook!

I love a papa gino’s its been one of my favorite pizza places since I was little and I have to say that this one in Milford, MA specifically is great.
The service was great. The staff was helpful, friendly, inviting and funny.
The food was quick and freshly cooked.
The perfect crisp of the crust, the robustness of the sauce and the perfect cheese amount left your taste buds excited and fulfilled…it really brought me back in my mind to being 13 sitting at the one in marlborough having a slice. (Especially with the old school decore)
As expensive as this world is today, the price was very reasonable and worth.
This specific store was a great experience and i wi definitely be back at some point as soon as possible.

The tall thin gentleman is always running around crazy but keeps his composure and helps every customer with professionalism. The manager could take some lessons from him. Quality of food could be better. I had placed an online order at 3:30 (for 3 pizzas) for a 4:45 delivery. It was 45min late and not hot. The driver brought ONE pizza, at a time, to my door. The 2nd and 3rd was not in a thermal bag and it was cold out. He said he had back issues so he couldnt carry all 3 at once. For the price of the food, I expect the quality to be better. I could sit down at a restaurant for the same amount and get waited on. Thk you

I was at the Papa Gino’s in Milford tonight, and while my order did take longer than expected, the experience itself was truly positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and appreciation, and the staff was continuously apologetic and communicative throughout the wait.
It was an extremely busy night—packed with DoorDash orders and customers, including some who were unfortunately very disrespectful for no reason. Despite that, the staff handled everything with professionalism, patience, and grace.
Every single person working tonight deserves recognition. They were clearly working incredibly hard under stressful conditions, and it did not go unnoticed. Huge kudos to this team!!!

I ordered and paid for a pepperoni and sausage pizza online, the ordering process went smoothly. When I arrived at the Milford location to pick it up, I realized I had accidentally placed the order for Medway instead. This Location is absolutely pheonominal. The food tastes incredible, a large portion of that is due to their extravagant, hard working employee Liam Curtis. The environment is very vibey, and overall I love to come here and spend large portions of my paycheck to enjoy this fantastic establishment.

The food is good, when it doesnt take an hour for a small pizza on a Tuesday. The people who work here are so so incredibly rude every time i go in there? I walked up and said “hello, can i get a small cheese pizza” and the unfortunate man at the counter legitimately barked at me “IF YOU HAVE 35 MINUTES”
