The last few times I ordered a pizza, they were pretty sad. The pizza looked like it was a pizza from a few hours ago and tasted like it. Another time, it looked like they forgot the pepperoni and extra cheese and both added after it was already made. Here is the picture of an extra large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Decide for yourselves.

They have gotten much better and have addressed my concerns and if anything is not satisfactory, they will go out of their way to make it right. I order twice a week and plan to continue. Again, if there is a problem, bring it up and they will do what they can. The Indian guy is great, sorry I dont know his name.

Food was very good. Service was awesome! Joseph was very kind and helpful. I love their 2 slice and a drink lunch deal, the slices were huge and it’s a very good amount for the inexpensive price. My roommate works in the plaza so will definitely be returning!

Stopped by Papa Gino’s and Yonas absolutely hooked me up with some super good pizza. Friendly, fast, and made the pie perfect. You can tell he really cares about what he’s serving. If you’re stopping in, hope you get Yonas—he’ll take great care of you!

The food that Jonas prepared was as always delicious. The manager (Steve) was so accommodating and helped me make several orders for both here and to go. Then both Jonas and Steve delivered our food to our table. And towards the end of our visit Buffi came over and talked to us and made our day.

I called and stated, the pizza from here is amazing when it is fresh. I don’t want reheated slices. I was told the pizza just came out I didn’t believe him. When I got my food the pizza was hot and fresh. There is nothing like papa ginos pizza with a cold mountain dew and the kindness and customer service just knocks it out the park!
