I never write reviews but I had to recognize this place. Placed a large online delivery order for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I was able to call and make changes easily, and they even had their delivery driver come in early so I wasn’t relying on a 3rd party. Food arrived on time and still hot. 10/10

I ordered online and was estimated to be ready in 20 minutes. I waited for 60 minutes. Which was fine, I understand that it was very busy. I took my first bite of pizza and it had a long piece of hair in it. Not my hair! Cleary didn’t eat any pizza. Steak and cheese was the worst I’ve ever had! The steak was burnt to the point that it was crunchy! Bad flavor! Didn’t eat that either. I have been ordering form Papa Gino since I was a kid. Worst food ever! Threw it all away along with my money. I will not be returning.

The only thing that threw me off is that the 20% coupon didn’t work. They explained to me that the coupon cannot be combined with deals or promotions like the one I had ordered. 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter. Ended up paying about 45 bucks which is not too bad but compared to other places like Go Grande you get the same deal type but for 22 dollars. Overall. Their pizzas are great, but compared to other prices, there are lower cost and still top quality alternatives.

Classic New England Comfort Food! 10/10
The staff here are always friendly and quick, whether I’m grabbing takeout or eating in. You can really feel that family vibe — it’s the kind of place that reminds you of growing up in New England.
I also have to shout out their subs and pasta — the meatball sub and chicken Alfredo are both top-notch comfort food. Prices are super reasonable too, especially for the quality and portion size.

I don’t understand where the good reviews come from. I got a extra large and the pizza was luke warm , almost cold and seemed as if they took slices of pizza from the display put it in the heating oven to warm it before I went to pick it up. There was barely any sauce and the pizza itself is not what papa Gino used to be. Not sure why after covid all these food chains went down hill probably hiring lazy people for the job. Honestly disappointed for paying top dollar at this place to pick up. I don’t ever rate places or give bad reviews. But this place sure upset me. Food should be fresh not luke warm. Also mind you when they say to pick it up on time which I did the pizza seemed to have sat there for quite some time as if they just warmed it from the display.

Though we never received our food (3rd party, food delivery app issue), Cherie fought to get our order through, for over an hour, and even called me back once the delivery app cancelled the order to explain the situation. 10/10, they absolutely did not have to get involved, but they did and I appreciate the H-E Double Hockeysticks out of ‘em!

cherri was super nice tonight! i came in with a service dog, which i know these days is still kinda of hard for others in the public sphere to come into.. she was super friendly and my boy even got some belly rubs from everyone i would most definitely come back and or recommend this as the PG’s in town!!
