We ordered a large order for my son’s 6th bday morning of, before they were even open. I was worried about placing it last minute but it came on time all ready to go and was really good!

The guy at the front seemed kinda bored. Everyone else was busy making pizzas, cooking on the griddle, or getting orders together. I don’t think it was his fault that it was mainly slow for him, but a little enthusiasm would look great to the customer.
At one point the cook put up an order and the wrapped object flew out of the bag and onto the floor. The guy at front didn’t see it. When he grabbed the empty bag he was scratching his head LOL. I told him the stuff inside fell onto the floor. He found it. Then handed that order to another customer waiting. At least it was securely wrapped.
I got the hamburger with the special sauce. The meat wasn’t much to brag about. I don’t think I’ll order it again unless I find out you’re using a better quality. It made me wish I had just ordered a pizza.

If I have 1 small complaint about this papa ginos it would be that the pizza and breadsticks were not cut straight or evenly. However the food was delicious, and the service was great! Still 5 stars for me.

Waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Got sick of waiting and called the store. They never sent the order out. Food just sitting in the warmer. Asked if I still wanted it. I told them I don’t want old ass cold food. Got a refund. Won’t be ordering from here again. Gotta stick with Espresso pizza in Leominster for now on. I also won’t have to pay $20 for a cheese pizza that never arrives.

I ordered a large cheese & a small bbq chicken pizza. First of all the large is a small and the small pizza is personal size. I don’t know when the pizza sizes shrunk! Also the bbq chicken pizza had too much bbq sauce and maybe 4 little pieces of chicken . All for $38! Ridiculous! Never again! Waste of my hard earned money.

Ordered delivery. Driver brought the wrong order. Called the store and sat on hold for 20 minutes until I had to call back. When I called back, the store manager was incredibly rude to me, never even apologized for the issue and just tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service, will not be back.

I love Papa Gino’s, but it’s lacking consistency, some of the pizza makers are great others not so much, definitely do not order a pizza ahead of time to pick up at a later time, they cook the pizza the second they get the order, and then in sits in the warmer, takes the crispy away, and the pizza then is awful, I’ve been going to Papa Gino’s for 46 years
