So good! First time here and I will definitely come back! AMAZING! THE BEST PART is in all of our food there was no fat. We enjoyed every bite! Customer service was excellent. Super clean! Chevo’s is a favorite. Consistent Mexican at a good price. Tacos, burritos, flautas, etc. The shrimp taco is one the best I’ve had in AZ. 3 or 5 rolled tacos, Flautas in my book, come with cheese and guac. Tasty. Check out Chivo’s at various locations around Phx and surrounding areas.

¡Tan bueno! Es barato, rapido y tastey. How can you say no? As I said en español, its cheap, fast & tastey; they have street (soft) tacos & American (deep-fried) tacos but if you are from Cali it may seem expensive. My boyfriend got the carne asada fries (yellow paper). I got the shredded beef sopes con lechuga (lettuce), queso, y frijoles (beans). During these COVID & before COVID times, it was clean. They would clean the table. If you were sitting there before they cleaned it, they would say kindly ask/tell you they were gonna clean it! 🙂 We got it to go & it was still yummy! Decent Mexican food. Prices are reasonable. Cashier could be a little more personable, and smile. She’s always so serious, and never smiles. It’s never really busy when we go for hubby’s lunch break. Food comes out pretty quick. Rolled tacos are good. Our go to spot since it’s convenient.

A solid Mexican Taco Shop!
The burritos are solid, the tacos are good but a little on the pricey side, and the combination platters are good.
The red and green salsa is extremely salty!
Overall, a decent taco shop.

Overall this was a Mexican restaurant, more authentic than Taco Bell, however if you seek further taste, I would say this isn’t the best place to search for it.
The food was a little bit bland. They definitely required a sauce and salt to take them to the next level.
The rolled tacos seemed to be a little cold. I think they should serve the guacamole on the side, since it seemed to cool down the tacos. And the cheese was unmelted.
The torta was on the nicest piece of bread.
I liked the Horchata.

The meal started nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere with my wife and the staff were friendly. I ordered the carne asada quesadilla. It was filled with meat and I got what I paid for. Unfortunately, in one of my slices for the quesadilla, there was a rock and I shared that slice with my wife and she nearly broke a tooth. It pretty much ruined my appetite, as well as my wife’s. I went inside to tell the girl working at the cash register. I explained what happened and I showed her the rock and her first reaction was to ask while smiling, “are you sure you didn’t pickup the rock from the ground?” Obviously I took offense and I told her I didn’t ask for anything for free and I wanted to let them know.
I don’t recommend this restaurant and I would even go as far as to say I’d rather go to taco bell.
Apparently we aren’t the only ones finding rocks, as we have found in yelp.
