The server was incredibly patient, giving us plenty of time to look over the menu and offering helpful guidance. The angry Pao Pao broth had amazing flavor, and I really enjoyed every bite. I recommend ordering it mild if you want to fully taste the broth without it being overly spicy. The bulgogi was well seasoned, and although the egg was a bit salty for me, everything else was delicious. It can get a little pricey, but it makes sense for the area. They also offer milk tea, boba, and a variety of appetizers.

Great experience at Pao Pao Ramen Factory. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The menu is diverse, the ramen portions are very generous and full of flavor, and it was hard to choose a favorite between the two varieties I tried.
I also tried the Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings and they were amazing. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, and a place I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful server. She was very patient, understanding and worked hard to make sure our orders were correct and came out on time. The ramen was pretty good, very close to being as good as as this one whole-in-the-wall in Orlando. Seating is semi-comfortable but worth the experience for sure.

Benni is such an amazing server. Kept checking up on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and was just super sweet the whole time. She don’t play!!! She was fast paid attention, and overall she just made the whole experience way better. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a while.

This place is amazing , My girlfriend and I drove from Texas just Yesterday and came to visit Atlanta for the scenery of it. Happened to get hungry and tried this place out. 100% recommend coming here to eat to get full and have a tasty meal. I had the Garlic Seafood Ramen. Soo Good!!!!

I love the variety of options and that you can get Boba too! I had the spicy chicken Dan Dan on this random cold wintery day and it was delicious. Had some to take home as leftovers too! Highly recommend especially if you want some unique ramen combinations!

Omg like this place is amazing, the staff here treat me so well and I would have a picture too show of my crab ragoons that were DELICIOUS but I finished them all before I could take a picture. They needa give Amber a raise! She was so polite and customer friendly. Jay the manager was also customer friendly. I’ve been here so many times they know me by name. This was my first time dining here, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Amber, our server, was absolutely the best—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away.
When I ordered, I thought the portion would be just enough based on the menu description… but when the bowl arrived—OMG! It was packed with food. So much so that I’ll easily have enough left for lunch later, which is always a win.
Beyond the generous portion, the flavor really stood out. Everything was perfectly balanced and tasted incredible, clearly a well-thought-out meal made with care.
