Went on a Friday night for pizza and cheese steak which was fantastic. Saw that there was a full menu and decided to return the next night for dinner. Starting with the Italian wedding soup was a real treat, this could have been the star of the menu if it wasn’t for the main dishes we ordered: lobster ravioli, crab cakes, and baked ziti which all were great. Well done il ignore Paolo, we will be visiting again. As a food critic with a masters in the pizza sciences, highly recommend Paolos.

Danielle was our courteous server and made sure our visit went well. The facility is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had the Italian sausage and flounder entrees and both were plentiful portions and came with hefty sides. The sausage was spicy and the Caesar salad was a meal of its own. Only one bathroom exists for both genders so you may have a wait. Figure $30 per person.

I recently placed a delivery order and unfortunately about 50% of my order was incorrect. I ordered Italian wedding soup and a shrimp Caesar salad. While the soup was correct and actually very good, instead of the shrimp Caesar salad I received french fries and fried shrimp.
I was really disappointed, this isn’t a small mix-up, it’s a completely different dish. I’m genuinely confused how a mistake like this even happens. I’d appreciate this being addressed.

I ordered a white pizza and added olives and there were THREE little olive slices on the pizza that they charge $.50 extra for. This was the most disappointing topping pizza I ever got. I also added spinach and it was mostly stems and soggy.

I am pretty disappointed. Put in a takeaway order for the 3 large pizza special. I got a pepperoni, plain cheese and a white pizza to try each. The red pizzas were off, the sauce was somehow both too salty and too sweet. Cheese was cheap, crust was ok but kinda chewy and there was a lot of crust on the edges. The white pizza was all garlic. Before the pizza even touched my tongue I tasted garlic. Incredibly poor quality for $40 work of pizza. I make better pizza at home with store bought ingredients.
I only went into the take away area but I looked over to the dining area and it was loud and bright and wide open. It felt like a cafeteria.
Staff was excellent and very helpful/ professional.
I’ve been looking for a decent New York style pizza place in the area, I guess I’ll keep looking.

On 1/14/26 We had about twenty people in our group and we were celebrating a birthday .. the service was great ! She took really good care of us . Food all came out around the same time . Everyone always had a drink in front of them .

Want to thank everyone at Paolo’s for everything they did to make our event a success. The food was delicious and the servers kept replenishing the food even though we went well over the amount of people I originally quoted. As well the two bartenders were very friendly and very attentive. Good time all the way around. Great place to have a venue. Everyone had a lovely time. Great place for a party.

Wings were so over cooked. It was dried out nasty like was jerky wings! It’s a shame we dined in before it was great got take out and completely different expirence. Either way avoid the wings they don’t know there doing!
