We had Viktoria and she was great, she made sure we enjoyed our experience and answers all our questions. We had the meat plate that was humongous. My boyfriend had manicotti and he really enjoyed it. I had the veal with angel hair pasta and really loved it.

Chicken Parmesan was rubbery but the gnocchi and pink sauce was really tasty. Calamari had a good crunch. We are on a mission to find the best Italian food in the area. More reviews to come. I am adding to this review as we ordered a piece of cheesecake to go and I just opened the container and for $10, this is the smallest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever received.

I love Paolo’s and my family and I have been going there for years. The food is authentic Italian, pasta always al dente, and a tiramisu that is to die for. Service is friendly and attentive. Their pasta menu has a lot of variety, I am a fan of the penne puttanesca, and I can’t get that just anywhere. I highly recommend it!

I ordered catering for my future daughter-in-law’s bridal shower, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. The food arrived right on time, piping hot, and incredibly delicious. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. I truly love supporting this small business—you should too. It feels like home, and Paul treats you like family. Love this place 🙂

I came here with my family last night and the food tasted so amazing. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve come across in the triangle and I highly recommend it. I had the caprese appetizer with the penne à la vodka with blackened salmon. It was delicious, I rate it 10/10!

Coming form New Jersey, the epicenter of great Italian food, this place was a huge disappointment!
I ordered appetizers, the calamari was tough and they gave mostly the tentacles (see pic), I also ordered Italian cheesy bread which was 2 small pieces no bigger than my pinky finger in length and there was no olive oil or seasoning just a ton of cheese on it. Ugh!!!
My friend liked the pasta with clam sauce. That may have been the highlight of the meal.
The service was very unfriendly and rude also and it seemed like they did not want “us” in the restaurant when their “regular” patrons started coming in.

I feel bad to post poor review due to superdirty floors(pics included) & quality of the food. This place was recommended by a colleague so went on a weekend lunch. I was excited to try the complimentary garlic knots which everyone raves about but those were just reheated & served(probably coz it was end of lunch time for most and everybody had already left when we arrived). For main course the lasagna that was ordered was presented with beef, server should have clarified while taking the order that it comes only with beef when I mentioned chicken; i don’t like wasting food so I had it & was surprisingly good. Can’t complain about the fries as they were a savior. For drinks, there’s some good places around.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant with food at par with any high scale establishment. I’ve been eating here for years for all occasions, including work lunches to formal events with friends. The chicken francese is my favorite dish, but the chicken parm is the best in the triangle. The pizza is amazing and I recommend to anyone!

If I were asked to explain my experience in only 2 words I’d say “FROZEN FOOD”!!
We’ve eaten in many gourmet and Italian places from coast to coast (even in Milan and Florence, Italy), so I know a thing or two about Italian food.
For starters, the wine was warm, the garlic bread appetizer was FROZEN, greasy and rancid, and the meal was terrible. I had gluten free pasta and house soup; my wife had grilled chicken spaghetti.
My pasta was so spicy that, for a moment, I thought I was in an Indian restaurant, and my wife’s meal was uneatable. The soup had pieces of a white ish rancid meat and my wife’s spaghetti felt odd, definitely NOT fresh. Enough to say that we couldn’t eat anything.
Don’t know why this place has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe they come from the manager’s team, from pizza eaters, or from people that have never eaten in a decent Italian place. Either way, this place was an utter disappointment!

The food here is amazing! The Veal Marsala was perfect, full of flavor and the presentation was great. When you think ravioli and mozzarella sticks, you think basic right? Nope, they were both absolutely fantastic. Savannah, our server was wonderful, her personality is worth the trip there itself. This is honestly some of the best
