Panza’s is always one of our favorite spots, we sat at the bar this time and it was absolutely perfect. From remarking, to extra plates for our shared apps, to wonderful drinks. The bar staff goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work we cannot wait to come back.
The food? Also absolutely perfect, hot, perfectly seasoned, my New York strip was cooked to perfection, the fat on the edge perfectly rendered. My husband’s pasta dish was right on, Al dente and sauced to the heavens. The chocolate torte and cheesecake were the perfect way to end our evening. The torte is on the larger size which is perfect to bring home to enjoy for the rest of the week.
We forgot our to-go bow and our bartender ran outside with it to ensure we got it home safely, what a golden touch. Thank you.

While the ambience and service were great, the food was just OK. Our meals came out within 5 to 10 minutes after we placed our order which tells me these dishes are not made to order. However, we did share a slice of carrot cake and it was delicious…go for the ambience not the food.

Chris was our server last night and he was fantastic!!! It was my birthday and I wanted good Italian food everything exceeded my expectations. He also recommended the tastiest wine which I loved it was called Caposaldo moscato. Then he treated me with a carrot cake on the house for my bday!!!!! 5 stars all across the board.

The quality of the food is top-notch. It has beautiful decor with many fountains. There was live jazz or American standards playing. I was surprisingly full, so I wasn’t able to try their desserts.

Went here for my anniversary dinner. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Chris, engaged us in conversation and was very attentive. The decor is absolutely amazing, the food is delicious. The service is top notch. The hostess and our server wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a special desert. My husband indicated when booking that it was our anniversary. However, we didn’t think they would acknowledge it in any way, so that meant a lot to us. Would absolutely recommend going here.

Great time last night with all of our friends and family. Italian restaurants with all your favorite dishes. Homemade meatballs, veal, chicken and eggplant Parmigiana. Great food, service and ambiance.

Hubbs and I had a terrific Sunday evening at Panza’s. We sat upstairs for dinner and entertainment with Frank and friends. So awesome. The crowd was happy and fun. Our server Nick was perfect. We shared apps of calamari and Utica Greens. Both amazing. We shared a chix picatta with pasta, also wonderful. Dessert was a goregous slice of Choc Raspberry Torte. Wow. Drinks were also perfectly crafted.
As if that wasn’t enough, Michael Panza’s (Frank) vocals were great. The crowd loved him ❤️. The gentleman in the band had a great sound. Good vibes here! Great night. We look forward to coming back!

Ordered the most deliciously prepared duck ever. Succulent and crispy with a dressing that could be pear butter similar to apple prepped. Perfect sides and, and new to me, house made pistachio gelato for dessert. Oh, I hope the chef has a long happy life. The quiet diners, “Shh, I’M EATING AND ENJOYING.”

Panzas gave us the most outstanding restaurant experience we’ve ever had in Saratoga while celebrating my parents’ anniversary. The décor, service, and food were all exceptional from start to finish. We ordered a variety of dishes—including the specials of ravioli and beet salad, plus chicken parm, linguine with clams, chicken Milanese, and more—and every single item was simply outstanding. I never write reviews, but our experience was so fantastic that it absolutely deserved one.
