I’ve been here a few times. And I’ve had pleasant experiences when I’ve ordered food in person. However I ordered delivery today and wow I was seriously disappointed. I go to multiple pantano and doz locations and I have yet to see this. Mealy tomatoes and uncooked bacon. Even though their descriptions say crispy bacon, I know to mention it again anyway just in case. But 2 blt’s with bacon that has not been cooked fully through. Even though I asked for well done bacon. And the lettuce looks disgusting and brown. Just very very disappointed. Was very much looking foward to this and I was let down.

Stopped on here on my way home from work. Ordered a spinach, egg, and cheese. Bagel was toasted perfectly and the eggs were delicious. Place was clean. Service was a bit slow and it took the ladies a bit of time to notice me but can’t complain about the food. The sandwich was worth waiting for!

I ordered two trays from Doz bagels on 7th st to bring to a doctor’s office, and the experience was fantastic. I worked with Colleen, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made some great recommendations that really elevated the order. Highly recommend!

I was charged $8.21 for a mini everything bagel with regular cream cheese and a small coffee. Absurd . Never again
**mini bagel DEFINITELY was not the size of a regular bagel and cream cheese was no better than any other I’ve tasted. The coffee also left a lot to be desired . There is absolutely no reason to charge someone 3.99 for cream cheese on a mini bagel. I was told the actual bagel was $1.45. So I was charged more than $3.99. I saw my itemized reciept but was told by the cashier she needed it back. $3.99 for cream cheese? Insanity. You all have a clientele , that’s great. This bagel and coffee was definitely not worth $8.00. Fancy descriptions won’t make it any better.

The bagel was rock hard on the outside and the store smelled weird. They charge the dreaded extra fee for credit cards. Bacon was overly greasy and salty. Service was attentive and fast. One and done.
UPDATE: The bagel was not cut in half all the way through, I had to rip apart the bottom piece with my hands. They did not serve it with a knife to cut the bagel all the way through. And, when eating it, it was not just “crispy” on the outside, it was rock hard and tasted like it was made with the wrong proportions of water and flour.

Slow slow slow service. If you need a fast bagel… You are going to wait online behind all the other grill orders. Sucks. . You guys are getting the reputation of having a rude uncaring staff. The other bagel store on Franklin avenue is better staffed and they also have the same individual who takes your order makes your order and then takes your money.It is much more efficient and the staff is more pleasant. And you got my order incorrect and I just asked for my money back. And the store was empty there was only two other people ahead of me. Garden City was empty this weekend.

*Mr. Green smoothie (banana, mango, kale, spinach) – good; thick; banana and kale were the most noticeable in the taste
*Surf-N-Turf (sliced lox, bacon bits, scallion cream cheese, avocado, Romaine lettuce & tomato) on everything bagel – Good; lots of flavors, fresh; bagel itself was soft and held together little bit too much salt on the everything seasonings for my taste
*M&M Cookie – OK; big; crunchy/chunky
