Our plates were very delicious. Brisket is never ready though but other than that. Very good. Love the fact we can pick what goes on the plate.

6.5/10

I tried every meat on the menu. My favorite were the brisket and the chicken wings (delicious and tender). Every other meat I felt was too tough and too salty.

They had 3 types of rice all delicious. The plantains( I prefer sweat) were not, and the yuka fries were kind of dry.

Customer service was amazing. I was able to sit down after purchasing my tray and had a good time eating here.

The pricing is quite reasonable; however, there is ample opportunity for improvement in the quality and authenticity of the food, service, and overall atmosphere. While Brazilian dishes have been added to the menu, the seasoning may benefit from a more authentic touch. Additionally, the ambiance is lively, featuring Spanish music, but it could be refined to create a more inviting experience.

I always used to go here.. for over 15 years and the food has always remained consistent. The prices however… not so much. I understand that inflation has occurred, but they were one of The first to hike their prices and then hiked them again. I can’t complain too much, but I really wish they would be a little more reasonable with the prices.

Pantanal Restaurant is one of Bridgeport’s best hidden gems. No hype, no flash — just amazing Brazilian food done right. The flavors are bold, the portions are big, and you always leave satisfied.
The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels authentic and relaxed. If you’re in Bridgeport and want something different from the usual spots, Pantanal is a must-try. Highly recommended.

The food is good. But the service is really bad. I don’t know what they have against black people but the owner needs to find some new employees. The guy at the grill is very disrespectful. And they can be very expensive. But as for the guy at the grill he was giving me a dirty attitude. So……I put the food on the table and walked out. Went to the grocery store and cooked myself a delicious and tasty meal. They won’t be seeing me or my family again definitely lost some customers.

Amazing Brazilian steakhouse near Bridgeport center. You serve yourself from a buffet and then request barbecue items from the cooks who carve the meat right in front of you. Great food with no hassle.

Came here for something different. While the food was great it was a bit hard figuring out what to do. Full self service with a half smile.

First time here in many years. Used to love coming. This is no longer Brasilian food. No one even spoke Portuguese and ranchero music was blasting. Maybe new owners but anyway the quality is trash. Brasilians don’t waste your time. Go down the street to Terra brasilis.

Came by after a long day of work. The place is self serve and variety wise is kind of limited they have some vegetables options, some noodles and rice. However everything taste pretty good. And over by the meat section they have 5-6 different meats, it is by far the highlight of the restaurant. There is some seating as well, but took my food for take out. Parking is also available on the side. Overall very satisfied with my meal and would recommend checking out if you’re in the area.
