Ordered delivery using their online ordering system. Estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes. Over an hour later, driver showed up. No receipt given.

Stromboli was soggy and leaking. Girlfriend said the taco pizza was the absolute worst she had ever tasted. Couldn’t even eat a single slice. Called to talk to a manager and the so-called “manager” that got on the phone was apparently the owner’s wife, who had no authority to resolve customer issues and was only willing to take down customer names and numbers so her husband could call back to resolve issues.

Bottom line – bad to terrible food and irresponsible or immature owners, as is evident by their responses found here on Google.

Pizza is 2nd to none in the bath, PA area. Price, quality and ingredients are spot on. Delivery is quick and the drivers are polite. Hands down, the cheese steaks are the best this far north of Philadelphia. Wings are not “steak/pizza shop” wings (although they come by the lb.) I’d order again and again.

LOVE Pannos!! We order here 3 – 4 times a month. We’re in Northampton, near the Catasauqua high school, and the food always arrives hot – even the mozzarella sticks! Love the pizza, wraps, pasta entrees, mozzarella sticks, and my daughter is totally addicted to the Seasoned Jojos! Great service, quick delivery and very consistent quality. Ordering pizza tonight – I’ll be looking forward to it all day!

One of the worst pizza places I’ve ever had to deal with. Lazy ,forgetful staff. If the pizza wasn’t good I’d never deal with them. Have had orders canceled without being told. Coupons and discounts not honored. Officially done with this place. Thanks for nothing.

I usually don’t get involved on the internet but I feel compelled too.I order from here once a week and I must say the food is really good.I seen a review from a Rachel and her boyfriend saying that their service is bad.I must say that I always receive five star service from them so it must have been something that they did. This place is definitely a must try. And to Pannos keep up the good work you don’t need customers like that. And I’ll see you next week.

I was honestly skeptical about dining at a amusement park type facility , but wow , was my concerns put at ease !!! I was immediately impressed with the spacious parking lot , lots of activity from smiling , happy customers, and then I actually entered the dining area. I was met with a warm smile and greeting from staff who took my order. I was promptly served the absolutely BEST philly style cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The prices are reasonable, the dining room clean and comfortable , and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this establishment for all ofyour summer fun and food needs ! Pannos clearly strives to please and send you home satisfied. Me and my family have found a new home and I’m certain you will too. Enjoy !!

Pathetic. Ordered what was supposedly a Italian Taco Stromboli, what I got was basically a hamburger on Pita bread. Nothing like a Stromboli. Called to voice my concerns, manager was very rude saying I got what I ordered and that’s how they make it. Said I should have asked questions about it before ordering. There is nothing to ask about a Stromboli!!!! It’s a Stromboli, which is made and presented a certain way. Told her this should have been listed as a sandwich if anything. When asked what could be done about it since I was dissatisfied and wanted something else was told I would have to pay for it and the delivery charge too. I will never order from here again!!!

Very Senstive owner. I was charged with out my permission 1.59 for some condiments for a 1.99 hotdog. I called and there was no resolution. I left a review on grubhub and the owner came on and commented not to order from them lol. Very sensitive and ridiculous. Mind you me and my co-workers used order frequently. As soon as that situation happened we decided not to order from there but I guess I am banned for giving them a 3 star review lol

This restaurant did a marketing push recently in my neighborhood and placed fliers in all the doors promoting their business. I wish I’d taken the time to read the negative reviews here before we ordered, as based on my own personal experience, I can attest that those leaving negative feedback are not exaggerating. I am aghast at how a business, who are obviously trying to make money/expand their business, would speak/respond to customers in such a fashion.

Rather than respond to the comments my boyfriend made in his own review, the owner apparently felt the need to bash me instead. In the owners response, he claims that: “…she couldn’t comprehend that I couldn’t refund her card because I never took the money. You went thru a third party not me directly.” This is untrue. No mention of the third party was ever made. Had he said he’d have to wait for the funds to be transferred from the third party before he could issue a refund or something of a similar ilk, that would have been completely understandable, but what he actually said was, that it was simply their policy to never issue refunds only credit. Had I eaten the majority of the food, I could also see them being reluctant to issue the money back as well. I only ate 2 bites out of an entire pizza and took the remainder with me to the business to show them that I found it completely inedible. The third party ordering company was willing to issue a refund, but required authorization from the business owner, which he refused to give. This had nothing to do with his hands being tied or his inability to compensate me. My guess is that it was about him taking my negative critique of his food so personally. Otherwise, why chance losing a potential customer as well as those I may tell about my experience, over a measly $15.99? That’s a drop in the hat compared to what I could have potentially spent there as a return delivery customer, let alone the revenue from us going there in person, to play mini-golf at the course attached to the restaurant and/or grabbing food from the eat-in restaurant or ice cream counter.

The owner also stated in my boyfriends review: “So I gave her all my online sights I use so she could leave all the bad reviews she wanted so she could feel better about herself. You only did one so far ,you got three more I’ll be waiting” Given that I’ve never felt the need to give a negative review on google or any other site for that matter prior to this, I can honestly say I derive no pleasure from this whatsoever. I wanted to forget the matter entirely, but after being so publicly bashed by the owner, felt I should make some attempt at warning other potential customers of the treatment they may receive should they find their food anything other than stellar and have the audacity to say anything about it.

Edited in order to reply to Owner’s Response: “…parking in the handicap spot when you got out the car showing no sign of being handicapped…”

I am amazed at just how fragile your ego must be, to be ignorant enough to accuse me of improperly using a handicap spot. Had you bothered to take the time to notice, I had a handicap placard hanging from my rear view mirror. It’s a common misconception among thoughtless individuals such as yourself that all handicaps are visible. Based on your assumption, you must be unaware of the fact that a doctor must sign off with the DMV for an individual to obtain a handicap placard or plate. One cannot simply make a claim that they need one and expect the DMV to take their word for it. The DMV also supplies a wallet card which contains the same number as can be found on the placard as well as the name of the individual to whom it was issued. The fact that you feel I should justify my disability to you in order for you to refrain from making such ignorant statements is ludicrous.

As you seem to have a habit of editing your responses to take out statements that you’ve made in the past, I’ve taken the liberty of securing a screenshot of your response and attaching it here for future reference.

We have ordered from you numerous times & have always enjoyed your food. However I am not sure if your driver is practicing to be a NASCAR driver or what the deal is.

I ordered the grilled chicken in garlic sauce, baked ziti (which came with 2 salads) and a hoagie. The oil from my grilled chicken spilled and leaked all over the bag! It was a freaking mess! Everything was covered and when I finally got to eat my lunch my pasta tasted like pasta because the sauce was everywhere but on my pasta! The salad dressing was already on my salad (which has never been done before) and there was so much on there it was like soup! And the sauce from my pasta got all over the hoagie that half of the Italian hoagie tasted like garlic and was soggy.

Very disappointed because like I said we have ordered from you numerous times.
