Panini’s was founded by the Caruso family in 2016 with a dedication to quality ingredients and exemplary customer service. Though Mother Anna and Father Roberto are still involved in the kitchen (making Gnoochi fresh daily) the three sons have since taken the reigns. James, Robert, and Tony invite you to come in for a taste of Italy right here in Edmonton. With a mix of family recipes and new creations, the menu features pizza, pasta, panini, salads, desserts, wine, beer, and liquor lists as well as a full coffee bar. With a commitment to customers, staff, suppliers, and the community Panini’s is proud to serve Edmonton.

The Pizzas:
Both pizzas we ordered had a truly perfect crust.
– The Brooklyn Pizza ($39.50): it was delicious, beautiful blend of mozzarella, bocconcini, and parmigiano-reggiano, but what really sets it apart is the delicious tomato sauce. It had an amazing balance of sweetness that paired perfectly with the freshness of the basil and the richness of the Sicilian garlic oil. Every bite was well-balanced and delicious.
– The Calabrian Pizza ($43.50): While the toppings (capicollo, Italian sausage, and spicy soppressata) sounded delicious, this one fell a little flat for us. It was mainly salty and spicy, which didn’t offer much complexity beyond that. The flavour is flat one-sided compared to balance of the Brooklyn
Family Platter:
Fettuccine Alla Panna with Chicken ($86.00): The Alfredo sauce was the highlight here. It was incredibly savory, rich, and creamy. However, it was a bit inconsistent; the fettuccine noodles were slightly undercooked which had some parts of the noodle a bit hard, and the chicken was unfortunately overcooked and a bit dry.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for Italian comfort food. If you go, the Brooklyn pizza is a must try!
