I recently visited this restaurant and had a really nice experience. We ordered an 18-inch Margherita pizza and a simple Italian panini with added tomatoes, onions, and red peppers. The Margherita pizza was soft, freshly baked, and had that classic comforting flavor you expect from a good pizza. The panini was also very tasty — warm, nicely pressed, and the added veggies gave it a fresh and satisfying bite.
One thing I especially enjoyed was the chili oil available on the table. It added a great kick and extra depth of flavor to both the pizza and the panini. We also tried a margarita drink and a gin-based cocktail (can’t recall the exact name), and both drinks were very well made. Overall, the food and drinks were enjoyable, and it made for a pleasant dining experience.

I got the spiked latte, Brooklyn pizza and the Nutella calzone. Everything was delicious. Just so good. The pizza had a generous amount of cheese and a nice marinara sauce. Everything was just so good, like so so good. The servers were friendly attentive and the place was nice and clean. It’s an open kitchen and we saw the owner helping out everyone on his team. We will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic meal at Panini’s Italiana Cucina! The Fettuccine Alla Panna was rich, creamy, and perfectly prepared, and the Penne Alla Boscaiola was equally excellent: hearty, flavorful, and very satisfying. The Lemon Pistachio Cheesecake was a standout dessert and a perfect way to end the meal.
The service was just as impressive. Our server, Laila, gave us amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire visit.
Fantastic food and exceptional service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Amazing food and amazing service from Dee. Definitely the best meal we’ve had in Edmonton so far. Maybe worth a 3 hour drive from Calgary!
The pastas were delicious and the pizza was solid too. Caesar salad and calamari were on point. Peroni beers were a delight!
We’ll come again for sure when we’re in town!

As the name implies, this place has paninis. We needed a quick bite as we were off to watch the game and service was nice fast. They also serve other Italian dishes kike pasta, calzones and more. The panini was good but the pasta looked good too so a future visit is in the books!

Two of us had Fettuccine Alla Panna, and one had Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. Garlic bread was delicious, and the carbonara had everyone begging to switch plates. As you can see from my photo, the portion sizes were very generous. However, the Fettuccine Alla Panna needs work – I have a very sensitive palate and like my food bland, but this was too bland even for me. The Alfredo sauce came across as mostly cream and didn’t have the savory Parmesan flavour or seasoning I expect. It tasted one-note rather than rich and balanced – more cheese, butter and seasoning would have helped.

What a wonderful discovery! The service was friendly without being overbearing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and were very accommodating with my food allergy. The food was delicious and there were so many items on the menu that I am eager to go back. I had the Mediterranean salad, which they adjusted to make allergy safe for me and even subbed a different bread in on their suggestion. The others had panini’s and fries, which were also delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned with a nice mix, instead of just salt. We all left with doggy bags as there was half left over.

Brooklyn & Calla. Two exceptional servers that represent their employer very well. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply daft.
Calla; about 5 days ago we stopped in for an early dinner as we like to take our time. Calla described the food impeccably and her wine advice was bang on. Her service was prompt and she is very approachable. She was willing to engage in some conversation while keeping an eye on the restaurant as well. I want to make sure that the kitchen staff is also well represented to, so to the kitchen; your food was excellent. Thank you.
Today, we were served by Brooklyn who brings a kind personality that is lead by her interest in the success of the restaurant. She openly advocates for the food and drink (especially the coffee which is excellent) and freely shares her experiences which adds a very nice personable touch that is missing in many restaurants. To the kitchen, your work today was very well represented by Brooklyn.
To the restaurant owner. Consistency is king, which is not served in the presence of distractions. Your servers were not on their phones, they were busy, diligent, and attentive. If you have the bandwidth to expand upwards into an upscale experience, these two ladies have the core elements to make it happen with you. You have a team, and its a good one. Two solid hits inside of a week during the lull where most restaurant staff mentally checks out… that’s something good.
Overall. We arrived for a business dinner today. Stress in our company (like everyone else) and a mountain of things to get done. This business meal went off perfectly and we will be back.
