Horrible experience. Im not one to write reviews, but buyer beware. At an airport when people are on a time crunch, you’d think they would be quick. I sat and waited for my order to be taken for at least 10 minutes. Once someone arrived at my table, I ordered a Pepsi and some food. The waitress had to return to my table twice because she forgot what I ordered. 20 minutes later, I finally got my drink. After waiting over an hour, I got my food and asked for the check so I could catch my plane. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to take my check and then I took it to the bar because I needed to catch my plane. Once at the bar, the bartender was dancing around and updating other people’s checks rather than closing me out. I stood up there for 15 minutes until I finally got cashed out. All told, I was there for over 1.5 hours. Its a good thing I had a little bit of time to kill, otherwise I certainly would have missed my flight. Do not go here unless you want horrible service and the stress of potentially missing your flight.

I generally enjoy Panini’s, so I decided to stop in while waiting at the airport. I had some extra time and figured a sandwich would hit the spot. Luckily, I did have that extra time—because it took almost 40 minutes to get my food.
The server apologized and blamed the lunch rush, but with only about five groups in the place and plenty of empty tables, it didn’t quite add up. That said, the server was friendly and even shared his own music playlist, which made the wait a bit more enjoyable.
As for the food, it was exactly what you’d expect from an airport-based chain—nothing special, but it did the job. Just be aware of the potential for long waits if you’re on a tight schedule.

I absolutely love Paninis. I can’t pass one up without going in. But the airport one only wants to sell overpriced drinks. They lure you in with the Panini name and emblem, then tell you they don’t serve their FAMOUS OVERSTUFFED SANDWICH, because they only have 1 person, or no cook. EVERY TIME I FLY.

Ordered pizza to go and was told 10-15 mins wait. 20 mins and no sign of the lady at the counter. 30 mins – still gone. 45 mins ( I did have time to wait) – another lady comes out in a huff and blames human error and offers a refund. Horrible customer service – rude – and no food! No stars has to be an option for this place

Actual location of this place is near A6, not on the other side of the terminal as seen on Google. The 4% charge for cards is minimal on a $15 order. Chicken Caesar Salad was pretty good – i had the croutons removed. Decent amount of good romaine and chicken. Filling for lunch.

We had a group of 6 people that had time to kill before our flight. After we found a table, and seated ourselves, we waited and were completely ignored. Not one of the three waitresses even acknowledged or approached us! We had to go to the bar and order our own drinks. Again we waited and were ignored until we requested service from the bartender. Then we were told there was no food available. Unbelievable! A restaurant with no food left on a Monday. The service there was terrible and I recommend not going there!

TIP: When you are ready to order go into the bar, when the to go area. There isn’t anyone working at the to go counter.
They are typically packed. The service was great and they didn’t charge for a cup of ice.

This is the one place in the airport that handles lottery tickets. I won and went there to redeem my ticket. They told me that they did not have any cash on site. A few minutes later an employee told me that they would give me cash – minus $25 – to redeem my winnings ! No thanks .
