Ordered takeout for two appetizers and waited 45 minutes for it. I was told they would bring it to me when it was ready. Mind you I was sitting right at the bar so it’s not like I was out of sight. I asked how much longer and they brought it out immediately however it was cold. I would normally ask for a refund however I’m starving and just finished a 9 hour shift so I just took it and left. I’ll warm it up at home. Seems like their priority is the seated guests doing dine in even though I left a tip prior to even getting my food. It wasn’t even that busy. No one bothered to even check on me while I sat there for 40 minutes looking silly. I literally live less than 5 mins away. The pics I took are right after I got my food. I won’t be doing takeout or dine in here again. Very disappointed as I came here with my fiancé before and had a good experience during dine in. Pay more attention to all of your guests. No one wants to eat cold take out especially when they waited inside for their order. My food is and even looks cold. So disappointed. Also asked for extra salsa and sour cream. Didn’t receive it.

We have been to this Paninis multiple times, but Sat 10/18 will be our last. We were horrified when the gentleman, who said he was the owner, screamed the F-word multiple times to the walkers on the sidewalk during the march. It was awful. One of the workers tried to get him to stop but he just kept going. We ended up leaving because we know longer felt comfortable. And we were just there to watch football.

Our meals were surprisingly really good im not sure why I underestimated the kitchen on brunch ! Bartenders are always friendly! Unlimited mimosas! Avocado toast was made into a sandwich and was delicious the chicken and waffles good too! Not too busy either its my favorite brunch spot no one is really hip to.. On a side note I’ve aways ordered lunch/ dinner food but them introducing brunch I just had to leave a review!

Plan and simple. Take out_ burger and fries_ 10 -15mins_ less than 10 peeps in there_ took.almost.30 minutes_ I get soggy fries on on sandwiches, maybe,_ but coming home and doing this after leaving a 5.50 tip on a 14.5 burger, after working a 10 hr. day… ♂️

Stood at the front by a sign saying to wait to be seated….for over 5 minutes. Made eye contact with the bartender. They just stood there (not serving anyone). Not busy at all (unsurprisingly it seems).
If a restaurant can’t figure out something as simple as getting their customers to a table then do you trust them with something as important as food safety?
Fortunately, there are a TON of alternatives in this area. Go to them. Let this place fail and be replaced by something that knows what it’s doing.

Very crowded the night we went. Popular band there that night. Waitress did her best, bar service was terrible because of the crowd. Management should have planned better.
