I stayed at the motel next door to this place and said I need to try it. I went in and immediately knew this place was legit, as someone who has lived on the east coast and has seen many a bakeries, this place can go toe to toe with the vibe of any place I’ve been too. I also wanted a full pie, I love a good margarita, but he doesn’t do them that early in the day, so I settled for a slice and they didn’t disappoint, the cinnamon roll took it over the top for my wife. She loved the texture and flavor was Devine. I left a 20$ tip and hope everyone pitches in for local places like this that obviously deserve it

LISTEN! This place deserves more attention. I walked in and my mouth started watering. The pastries were so fresh and looked delicious. I don’t know if it was the owner who was working but that guy deserves a raise. He handled that whole store by himself, taking orders, making drinks, serving food, all while being super kind. I got a cinnamon roll and the focaccia with prosciutto and salami and both were delicious. That was hands down the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Pair that with a wonderful hot chocolate!!! We went down the road and sat at this cute bench overlooking the beach! Highly recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem. It is a one man operation so it makes sense it opens at 10 am. He bakes and takes care of customers. The bakery is tiny, but everything smells soooo good. I would have taken the three cheese sourdough in an instant if I wasn’t traveling. The apricot danish was too notch and the house brewed, was good. They also have slices of pizza and smoothies.
If I lived here, I would be there at least twice per week. Great small place to enjoy some coffee and a pastry, this is a true cafe. I will make it back just so I can come back to but the sourdough, that is how good this place is. Also prices are reasonable, racially compared to the other restaurants.

morning for some pastries
for breakfast and selected
a croissant, scone, and
apricot danish.
The bakery has a nice selection
of bread, pastries, sandwiches
and pizzas.
The croissant was dense and
thick, the Danish was not
really sweet and a little dense,
and the scone had good taste.
Located in the Nye Beach
district of Newport on SW
Coast Street near 2nd street.
The pastries were a little
disappointing, but I did
not try the other products
in the bakery.
The bakery is a local favorite
and I would suggest a visit
to try the bread and pizza.

We had really good pastries and a good sandwich. Very tiny, cozy place that smells like delicious baking bread. The person at the counter was friendly. Just a really nice little place.

Panini’s is just as good as our previous visit years ago. Today my husband and I had the eggplant sandwich and the portabella mushroom sandwich, each on focaccia bread. The sandwiches were so big we ate half, saving the rest for lunch tomorrow and allowing us to eat part of a double chocolate cupcake. Amazing food, can’t go wrong with any on the breads.
