Traveling through Sandpoint on a weekend get away and found this little place for ice cream. So lovely and delicious. The girl working this evening was very knowledgeable and ever so sweet, she was very kind and patient as I asked questions and sampled a few of the flavors. I highly recommend this little shop and look forward to trying their coffee as well.

Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I believe they make it in house, as well as the cones (gluten free available!). The smell in there is a heavenly combination of baked cones and coffee. Sooo many ice cream flavors it will be hard to chose. Dairy free options. Be prepared to wait in line, but it is a must visit!!

Had a lot of fun doing an ice cream flight! Had a few samples to start to see what we wanted- I highly recommend peppermint chocolate (tasted like gourmet mint chocolate chip) and had great texture! My other favorite was buttermilk huckleberry. Pumpkin was yummy and not overpowering- you can taste real pumpkin pie in it! Very nice staff too!

Icecream is absolutely phenomenal.
Coffee on the other hand was terrible. I watched her dump roughly 4 oz of milk into a cup before adding my two shots of espresso and topping with ice and water.
When I asked her if it was my americano with a splash of CREAM. She said yes. When I asked how much cream, she said an ounce.
You can tell by the color alone it’s not correct. They’re slammed so I’m not going to make her remake it but I’m pretty disappointed in the coffee

Each time I visit Sandpoint I make sure to visit Panhandle Cone & Coffee as much as possible. Sometimes even twice a day. There’s always so many delicious and creative flavors to choose from. The service is friendly and the waffle cones are excellent. The location is open late and perfect for a stop off after a dinner in town.

Pretty sure this is the best icecream in Sandpoint! Loved the many and creative flavors! One can tell it is fresh and handmade! If they don’t have a flavor you like that is fine since they create original flavors every month or so. A great place for a family or date or just want to a quick treat from a quality place. It is a small venue so if you have a big group don’t plan on sticking around and sitting down.
