Pangea Terra is a great choice for dinner in St. Thomas. The atmosphere is just magnificent especially if you sit on the most right corner where you can see the view. GORGEOUS!
Food is great, however, I found a bit too simple for the price. Let me clarify – it was great but there are some hacks for it if you don’t want to spend so much money.
When you order the fish, it is the same fish as the fish on protein + sides portion of the menu. It will be less price but similar result if your order on protein and one side. The same goes for any protein proposed on the menu. However, the food is good and it is quite healthy. I wish we got some appetizers but we weren’t too hungry that night!
The service is friendly and very thoughtful, describing all of the details of the menu.

Pangea is a lovely place to have dinner. We didn’t have to wait long for a table. It was a Monday night. But still many customers. I’m a vegetarian and had no problem ordering. I tried the eggplant parm which is clearly not the usual NY version I was told. Which was fine. It was a healthier version. Not breaded. Great for gluten free. A salad with nice mixed greens. Pumpkin creme brûlée although we tasted no pumpkin.
Still good though. There’re a little shop at the entrance selling hats and t’s etc.

I believe gratuity is auto added to the bill. It’s one thing I really don’t like with any restaurant. It doesn’t deserve taking a star away. It’s just my opinion.
Because I always tip higher. And I feel tips should be earned. This way it’s demanded. I really don’t like that.
Things to note: prices are high, portions are a bit small, gratuity added, service is a little slow but prob due to everything is made in house, visual plating is unappealing, didn’t see handicap parking.
With all that said, I’d still go again.

No reservations on a Friday evening during busy season, this place is genuine and tried to accommodate us, and had us seated at the bar. The place is nicely done. Food was amazing I had the fish of the day and the whole plate came together nicely with chimichurri sauce. Fantastic! The app Hummus and falafel app didn’t disappoint either. Opportunity to talk to the owner and his dessert recommendations were a hit, a must visit for your St. Thomas vacation. Almake sure to reserve.

The food and atmosphere was surprising! Tucked away and somewhat hard to find… but most gems are. The food was delicious, the drinks tasty and the other dinners were friendly. Everything on the island is very expensive. The value you get at this lovely spot was worth it!

A fantastic restaurant up the mountain. Feels like you are in a tree-house. Family owed with family members working there you can feel the passion. Farm to table. Outdoor/indoor dining feel. Food was exceptional – specials were excellent – I wanted to order another serving of the vegetable soup after having it. Drinks were also excellent. Worthy of a stop for anyone visiting the island — 11/10. Make the trip and you will not be disappointed!!

Parking was ample and convenient. Staff were welcoming upon entering. Outdoor seating was a bit warm, but the breezes made it comfortable enough. The ambiance was good. The waiter’s service was good. The food was tasty, but the portions were quite small. The meal prices were high. A downside is that debit cards are not accepted, and there is a credit card charge fee in addition to automatically added gratuity for the bill.

We came here for a nice dinner while on vacation to St. Thomas. The food was amazing and the staff was so nice. We loved the Mediterranean appetizer – the hummus was delicious. Our group got 2 Mexican bowls, one with brisket and one with falafel. Very generous portions of most meals. My wife got the curry chicken and she said it was okay, but it didn’t have a lot of flavor. I got the fish special which was tuna with a ginger miso sauce, scalloped potatoes, and a roasted pumpkin. Everything was fantastic. I don’t usually like pumpkin, but it was excellent. The scalloped potatoes were very flavorful and the tuna was cooked perfectly. For desert we had brownie a la mode and tiramisu. Both were fantastic, we would order them again. The waiter was very attentive and gave good recommendations. We will definitely be back when visiting next time.

I went for my birthday! They were so accommodating and sweet. I forgot my waiter’s name but they were super friendly and sweet.
Apps- the bruschetta tostones of the day SO FRESH (typical bruschetta with cucumber I believe) with tiny slices of avocado.
Dinner- I got the flank steak with rice & veggie medley.
My BF got catch of the day (waho) TRUFFLE mash and rice!

We ate here for the first time and it was really good! We both ordered fajita’s based on someone else’s recommendation. They were fantastic – both my husband and I loved our food! My husband also ordered the brownie dessert with ice cream and he loved it. The atmosphere is very nice – I love the decor. Our server and other staff were very friendly. We were highly impressed and highly recommend Pangea for a nice dinner.
