First time trying this location and will be the last. We ordered 2 Jerk Chicken Pastas, 1 Rasta Pasta and 2 Festivals. I NEVER had Festival that taste like that, the taste was unpleasant, over powered with something, someone definitely was heavy handed. So as he started eating his Jerk pasta he said something was off, no seasoning, no anything, so I tried my Rasta Pasta ( 1st time trying it) and I just closed the box back.. No seasoning what so ever, pasta taste like water, went from the pot straight to the container, without draining. There was noooooooo flavor at all, very very bland, the 2 star is only because they give you alot of the bland, unseasoned food and it was more peppers, pasta than meat

Ordered dinner from here on Friday evening. Went in and picked it up. The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. The food was BEYOND AMAZING. Portions were generous as well. Could eat here EVERYDAY.

The food not so great. Very disappointed especially they stated it was lunch special but was regular or dinner prices. Rice was gummy and looks old. The cabbage was extremely salty. The chicken was the only decent item to eat. First and last time eating here.

Because this place has so much potential I’ll definitely be back. Barbi Fried Chicken was on point.. Rice n Peas was Also Good. Mac N cheese for 5 bucks let me down.. That Mac N Cheese reminded me of the aunt you didn’t want to eat from. But you had to be nice because your mother was giving you the death stare to not be rude. But you didn’t want to eat it because you know your momma makes the best. It was poorly mixed. They packed cheese on top.. didn’t take it out in time. Was slightly burnt.. again! Not bashing!! I am a Hard Critic. I am a Chef I mean come on lol ALL Good. Just have that passion every single plate. Don’t rush anything because you are trying to get orders out or backed up. Real people wait for good food. I always say Cook that food like your parents is eating it.. Cabbage could’ve had more flavor. Plantains Understood the assignment. Festival was on point! The Juice that’s being sold is not fresh squeezed. But it will do. Trust me.. a Glass of fresh Squeezed passion fruit is life changing. I had to give this spot a try. The business here is revolving and I respect that! Black owned! Gotta appreciate that! TREAT YO SELF! Poetic Approved!!

Waited almost an hour for the food. When the food came, the rice for both meals were hard (undercooked) and when I complained about it, they behaved as if I was getting the food for free and I shouldn’t have said anything. For how expensive that food is, I could not afford to not eat something!

Ordered online. Food was ready within an hour. Sometimes it takes longer. I had the rasta pasta which was good. Flavorful loved the plantains in it. Wish there was more veggies but I enjoyed it. It is large and served me 2 days. Could have been hotter but it wasn’t cold. My hubs had the jalapeno fried chicken with rice and peas. He totally devoured it and it was a lot of food. Normally that size food would last him 2 days but he gobbled it up so that is why I give them 5 stars. Happy hubs, happy life. The presentation was good. Food needs to be hot not warm but that is my preference. I simply reheated my food. My friend had the talapia and she said it was the first talapia she ever had that wasn’t dry and it was seasoned well. I don’t know what their ingredients is but their food tastes really good. I would really love to see vegan options. If you guys can, I’d appreciate it. Bless

Very delicious and seasoned I got the Rasta pasta with shrimp and jerk chicken my husband got jerk pork with white rice and jerk gravy very authentic spices and fresh my husband picked it up from Oakland and drove 15 minutes home and the food was still hot and fresh both plates were $40 I did get extra meat in my pasta but definitely a 10/10 very clean establishment

Nice take out restaurant. Great food that taste good and decent portions. There is usually a long wait so you need to order ahead. Overall, great spot for food.

Pan fridays…. The staff is friendly, the food is good they give a good portion size. The only negative I would say is if you are ordering online dont because it seems that is not a priority. Make sure you order atleast 30mins to a hr before. This is the 2nd time I have placed and order 30 mins before arriving and still have to wait another 30 to 45 mins for my food
