Drive-through is for faster ordering and process!!! specifically for those customers in a morning rush, literally pull in she puts me on a CAN YOU PLEASE WAIT?! And I’m like OKAY 2 minutes no answer ♀️ I approached to order finally took my order a chicken salad and 2 cookies ♀️ another 8 minutes on window for my order and pay ♀️ ♀️ no HI WILL BRING ORDER OUT IN A Bit!! NOTHING!! This is what considered horrible customer service!!!!

Went to try out Panera Bread here in Yakima and got the Tomato Basil BLT for myself, my other half got the cheddar and broccoli soup with bread and my son got the ham nd cheese sandwich from the kids menu. The soup was AMAZING and so was the sandwich. My other half and I decided to dip the sandwich in the soup which turned out so so good and my son loved his sandwich as well! We will be going back to get more on the way back home. The employee at the front register was very respectful, responsive and had a very positive attitude! I would recommend going there and trying the sandwich I got with the cheddar and broccoli soup because then together were very delicious!

In the several years since this Panera bread opened, I had never stepped foot inside. Today I decided to try this place and eat Panera for the first time in my life, since I was tempted by the big sign about their spicy chicken sandwich that was being advertised. First, the sandwich was a big disappointment. It was pretty tasteless, when I was expecting the flavor of the spiciness. The soup was pretty good though. At the time that I went, the restaurant was nearly deserted, and even then it took me having to tell to get someone to take my order, as there was no employee in the front. I’d like to think that they were busy with online orders, but still. Anyway, the feel of the restaurant was definitely nicer than what I was expecting. The place looked clean, and the little wall lamps on each booth added a nice touch. I will probably not go back, given the blandness of the food, but that’s just my humble opinion. Maybe other foods taste better, and I’m just giving my very own personal and subjective opinion based entirely on this one experience and only with the foods that I ate.
This does look like a child -friendly place, and the small outdoor eating space looks pretty nice. Too bad it was cold and windy when I was here.

I have been to Panera in numerous times before and had enjoyed it. I did not have a good experience this time. We got some food and one of the items was a $10 bowl of mac and cheese. It was not even halfway full. I brought it in and the staff were not so friendly and they said that’s what it is. They showed me that it’s two pouches instead of one which led me to realize that it’s not even fresh. Makes me wonder about some of the rest of the food.

Really enjoyed my time at this place! The location is nice and clean, providing a safe atmosphere that I truly appreciated. The food was tasty, and I was impressed by the fast service. The staff were respectful and efficient, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this place for a pleasant dining experience!

I decided to try the new pepperoni & sausage flat bread pizza. I also got two free items/rewards today from being a loyalty member.
The pizza arrived but was missing the sausage, the staff said to keep the mistake and they’d make me the correct one – even when I said this one was fine. To me, professionalism is not what you do when things go right, but how you handle a mistake. THEY DID MORE THEN ASKED!!
This was my first time to try any flat bread pizza here – BOTH were wonderful and, of course, I had plenty for dinner tonight.
Note: This the first mistake they have ever made on my order. I just wish I lived closer, so I could eat here more often!!

So if you order with door dash they are using the smart scale, but items were still missing because nobody checked the bag before sealing it. It’s like delivery drivers relying on gps and delivery to the wrong address, ai is stupid.

We were traveling across the state and stopped here for lunch. We had the Italiano sandwich. It was so much better than at the Panera back home in Puyallup. The bread was toasted and crunchy. Also, they have ginger ale on tap here. I’ve never seen that anywhere. I wish I lived closer, the Panera in Puyallup is not anywhere near as good as this.
