Always enjoy going to Panera. Love their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and mac & cheese. Happy there are plenty of vegetarian options to choose. The inside is very neat and clean and comfortable to sit, eat, and talk.

Overpriced. The workers are nice. But it’s frustrating trying to pick up an order on a Friday morning. Ordered 1 hr early. Asking for it be ready at a specific time. It was ready 45 mins early that would be nice but now the bagels and coffee aren’t hot. Asked to have them sliced. Have to wait for them to get sliced once I get there. Weren’t able to communicate via the app that they didn’t have the specific bagels I needed. They did give free cream cheese for the wait.

I don’t like this place and I gave it a five-star review just because but really this stuff that they feed you is really not food in this location or any of these locations their bread is actually plastic and not sure why anybody would actually put this type of stuff in their bodies enjoy all the so-called food that they sell you people here hopefully you all wake up and realize one day that it’s really not consumable or for human consumption

I come every morning and evening after work to get my unlimited sips drink and love the staff. The lady in the morning is always so nice and know me. I occasionally get a cookie too which are delicious! Would highly suggest this location.

My kids and I love Panera and when we discovered there was one closer to us, we were thrilled. Nope. We’ve been two times over the last three months and they’ve messed up every single order. The first time, they left out a macaroni and all three sides. The second time they left out an entire sandwich. Yes, all these items were on the receipt in the bag. I went back the first time, and they were lovely. The second time, I decided enough was enough. We’ll use the Olympia one from here on out. In all our years, no Panera has ever messed up our order and we’ve visited Paneras all over WA. Sort it out, folks.

Absolute trash breakfast. Ordered garden avocado & egg white. Normally suppose to have actual slices of avocado instead got something that looks like scrapings of an avocado. Tomatoes not fresh.
Staff joked around spilling and dropping product and produce while lines of people waiting. I waited 40+mins for two orders of the garden avo and bagels… and they got my order wrong twice when it came out…. Panera Lacey is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. Which is sad because I like Panera, I have taken my family to the other locations like the federal way location and it is by far superior. Lacy Panera was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. There were other customers who were just as upset waiting for their food while breakfast staff were goofing around.

I am enjoying the bacon and tomato grilled cheese. It normally comes on Rustic White bread. That was out so I am trying it on Sourdough. It’s delicious!
A vanilla cinnamon roll is for dessert. Yummy!
